The apartment is an apartment -complex, but in a great location. On the beach above the local restaurant where you can eat relatively cheaply. The apartment also has a dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, suitable for longer stays. Unfortunately, through our own fault, we had to "alert" the owner twice because first we couldn't find the necessary solutions to manage the apartment's equipment, and then we almost locked ourselves out (despite being specifically asked not to do so, as it takes a long time for someone to get here).

The exterior of the building could use a renovation but this is not visible in the interior.

Not so much, the only thing I can think of is that it’s nicely decorated. What also is a trap to lure people into booking this accommodation

First of all, the staff and owner are very rude and unprofessional. The apartment has so many deficiencies and defects, which they eventually wanted to put on us as customers even though we reported it immediately when we checked in. Also a lot of cockroaches in the apartment, every night I had to get rid of them before going to bed. Also, most importantly, the hot water in the apartment is not working. Only freezing cold water coming out of the taps and shower. We reported all this to the owner the first day and he agreed to a compensation, but he never paid us anything. Booking.com was also not able to give us the agreed compensation. This apartment shouldn’t be on a reputable site as Booking.com!
