Beautiful villa with all the amenities for cooking and floats for the pool. Great location. Walk to the store, bakery and numerous restaurants. Secure grounds and parking. A car is needed to explore the many nearby beaches and little towns. Good communication with the manager. The photos are accurate. Loved the patio and view of the water.

Beautiful comfortable accommodations. Lots of space and right on the beach. Very quiet.

A Barbque would have been nice.

We had no water for two days of our seven day trip. Also, we had to buy our own toilet paper and paper towel for the kitchen.

    Property response:

Hi Bahar I am really sorry for the inconvenience due to the water cut but this is the consequence of a general strike by the water supplier across the island! Now regarding the toilet paper the staff is in the habit of putting a roll in the paper holder and one more in reserve! So I don't understand your remark!!

The Villa was stunning and the views were amazing with all amenities included. Location is perfect to great beaches and so quiet all day and night. Beds were very comfortable, shower had hot water, kitchen had all amenities. Air conditioning worked perfectly.

A couple of small things to note, sleeping pillows could have been better, BBQ on patio would have been useful.

Nice property, great views, beautiful walk-out unit, ideal for 2 couples (if you don't mind sharing a bathroom) or a family with 1 or 2 kids. The unit was extremely clean and well-provisioned with nice bedding, a very well-equipped kitchen, very nice indoor and outdoor furniture, and details like electrical converters and beach towels. Parking was convenient. The property seemed to be mostly mature residents with the odd young child, so was generally very quiet with the exception of a slightly noisy get-together in an adjacent unit one Saturday night. It felt very safe and secure. Marie-Laure, the property manager, was very responsive and easy to deal with. There are some tremendous restaurants on the property, or very nearby, as well as an excellent bakery and small grocery store that carried everything we needed.

A few comments: - I'm not sure why this is described as "Coco Beach" - Pay close attention to the map and location before booking- the description is misleading, as the property is not located at Coco beach, which is on the East side of the Island, about 1/2 hour drive away. - There are a few great restaurants, a bakery, and small grocery store within walking distance, but not much else. You will want to have a rental car unless you just want to hang out by the pool and do most of your own cooking. - the beach is nice to look at but not for swimming. - there were some basic provisions (one day's worth of coffee, 1 or 2 roll of toilet paper) but we needed to restock for our week-long stay. - we were only provided 1 key for the residence and 1 FOB to open and close the main gate; this may be ok for a family but was somewhat inconvenient for us as 2 couples who occasionally wanted to do things without the others. However, in fairness, we didn't ask if a 2nd key or FOB was available, so it may have been an option - and in my experience, there are enough cars in and out of the main gate that you wouldn't have to wait long to get out on foot if you didn't have one. - As is common in St. Martin/St. Maarten, there were at least a couple of power outages across our half of the island during the period we were there. We recommend leaving the wind shutters rolled up during the day so that you have daylight indoors in case this happens (because they are electrical-operated). If this happens, just go over to the Dutch side of the island, about 5 -10 minute drive away; they have their own power grid, so you can enjoy a meal there while you wait for it to come back on.

Everything! Amazing and stunning place, direct on the private beach. Appr. 30 meters to the shire and pool. Calm and safe area. No crowd and free parking in the gated area. Nice, maintained pools and friendly neighbors. The contact person we had (Marie-Laure), was prior-upon arrival-during our stay-departure - super friendly and service minded! Very quick to respond on messages and always being so accommodating. Thank you for giving us a fantastic vacation memory!

    Nothing!

Me and my family stayed in the villa for 7 nights in Feb’23. That was a wonderful experience and we enjoyed our stay a lot. The apartment is good, it’s equipped with all the necessary stuff (there are and even more than one could expect). The apartment faces beautiful beach. There is also a shop with good variety of food in 5 minutes walk. I’m definitely recommending this house.

The main con is lack of access to the sea for swimming (there are big rocks and waves preventing any swimming). So, you could either use a swimming pool or drive to one of the island beaches.
