We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Review: 10/10 – Truly Exceptional Stay! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic from beginning to end. The staff were some of the kindest and most respectful people I have ever met – genuinely warm-hearted and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable. To our surprise and delight, they even upgraded our room free of charge, simply out of kindness and generosity. On top of that, we received thoughtful gifts during our stay, which made the experience feel even more special and personal. It’s rare to come across such sincere hospitality. We felt truly welcomed and appreciated throughout our time there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not just a place to stay, but a place to feel at home. We will absolutely be coming back!
