The apartment was really beautiful with gorgeous furniture and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was also quite good with enough options to choose from. The location is great.

United KingdomIf I’m honest the breakfast did not match the standard of everything else in the hotel. One day the coffee machine didn’t work and there was no back up and the choice of foods was limited. However this hotel has only been open 6 weeks and I’m sure this is just a teething problem. It did not detract from our experience at all and everything else was a solid 10 !!
This apartment was top class. A walk to everywhere we needed to go. The staff were very obliging and the apartment was so spacious and luxurious. The balcony is a huge bonus. We would definitely go back.

Eva and her colleagues in the hotel was very cooperative, generally people like to advise and help , Budva very active and this place near the market and walk from the beach and old city everything near , there is few stairs if u have stroller consider this , apartments very large with great mountain and see view, Lenin very clean and daily cleaning done .

IsraelThe view from our room (just because I have to write something here) But 15 minutes walk from the hotel are the best views of Budva and sea from above, and the old historic center is just a 5 minute walk
A family-run new hotel which makes you feel very welcome. The decor is very special and has great distinct characteristics giving you a feeling of staying in a very well designed and comfortable home. The location was perfect - 2 mins from the center but so quiet! Definitely the peak of the stay is the amazing staff which will always make every effort to accommodate anything you ask and will go out of their way to help with any issue whatsoever, even if not hotel-related.

SerbiaIt's dark inside. With enterior where dark colours are very dominant you have lack of lights, you can feel bit a uncomfortable. It's dark also outside, they have to install several lights at main entrance stairs but also at parking as well. Breakfast was solid just they have to take care about cleanliness. Cups/glasses to secure they are dry before using otherwise you can't make difference between clean and dirty ones. Empty plates to put at the top of the table because they were almost at the floor.
Location is very good, even the street at main entrance was too narrow. There is a free parking, entering directly from second floor. Apartment was very spacious, equiped very well and quite far enough from bars and restaurants. Staff were very kind, always at your disposal.

Нема корпа за ѓубре во кујна. Нема сунѓер ни средство за садови во кујната, неможевме да ги измиеме, освен со вода, а ниту од хотелот некој ги изми. Понекогаш нема кесиња за ѓубре во тоалетите. Најлошо е во тоалетите, водата во туш кабините стои поради обратен пад, не оди во сифоните туку на другата страна. Од сифоните иде страшно лоша миризба од канализацијата. Не се добро направени.
Локација, комодитет, удобни кревети и перници.Менуваат крпи секој ден. Постелнина променија само еднаш, после 4 дена. Има сопствен паркинг.

United Arab EmiratesI unfortunately should say that it was absolutely a nightmare for our family! The rooms in fact still not ready for full accommodation as it’s advertised on Booking site - for example kitchen area not equipped with necessary facilities like microwave and kettle and even basic appliances to cook simple food, there are holes in walls, a bit outdated weird design. When I simply asked for any dryer for wet clothes after swimming it was aggressive respond by the owners and so called manager like What you want? We have only this room without balcony… Overall their English is very poor, so communication was spoiled. Finally - the next day their managers came directly to our room from the early morning and tried to push us away in a very aggressive manner, even didn’t want to listen to our complaints or asks, that’s absolutely unacceptable. Their manager was very aggressive and almost tried to fight with my husband… we even thought to call the police. So we with kids had to leave the hotel immediately and find another place to stay further. Disappointed and frustrated with such behavior and attitude to customers! Special note - as a Booking level 3 member I obviously had to call to Booking support and after long conversations that were quite expensive and chats and endless discussions I still don’t receive any message from Customer support about my request for refund for paid 5 nights. That’s also a kind of dissatisfaction for me.

United KingdomKitchen without any pans or even a kettle. The world's biggest mini-bar: this won't last long and there appears to be no way of tracking usage. Kitchen: no bins Wires hanging out of the walls - but at least they had tape around them: didn't fancy checking if there were live. Breakfast coffee machine is pathetic: has a tank rather than being plumbed in so is always running out. Breakfast staff can't keep up with demand - and that's with only a fraction of the place being open. Furniture is very "bling". It's actually not very comfortable sitting on leather sofas in shorts. And does it really need all that fake gold?
Great location. Short walk to both the old town and the newer beach areas. Rooms fantastic size.
