Lack of AC and broken fan was a real killer in this July heatwave.

Beautiful old building managed by lovely people, located a short drive above the coastline. Highlight was the dinner served onsite every night, which was super reasonably priced (we shared 1 dish for 2 people both nights) and absolutely delicious.

Really nice owner and staff. Location is perfect, bit away from beach, but on a beautiful peaceful place. Staff is really friendly. Breakfast is good and dinners are amazing, mainly from local ingredients. Perfect view from the room!

Maybe better to mark the entrance to the house. Then a little confusion with the placement in the room but it was quickly resolved. Otherwise OK.

Beautiful renovated stone house. Clean accommodation. The house is off the main tourist routes, on a hill above the sea. A bit of a winding approach. The hosts are communicative and helpful. Parking is available at the house. There is a beautiful view of the city of Budva nearby.

We didn’t mind this but the property is up a winding road which may be challenging for some to drive up. We really liked it because it was quiet and private. The adventure up was a plus for us.

So peaceful and picturesque. Staff was very hospitable, breakfast was very good. Beautiful views. Close to the beach but far enough away from the crowds. Great for families.

The lovely lady who greeted us/made our amazing breakfast and the gentleman who set our breakfast table, they were both so lovely, the breakfast was 100/100 our son enjoyed the turtles and cats, the family who runs this place are really nice people and we wish them success. BTW my husband is still talking about the breakfast just wow

Way up to the konak was a climb. Staff can help with transfers tho.

Wonderful accommodation with super helpfull staff. Both, breakfast and dinner were excellent. Everything was fresh from local ingredients. Gem in the fresh mountain air, with sweet turtles and kittens. Perfect location to wander around Budva, Sveti Stefan and Petrovac.

It is a bit too high and the road to go there is not ideal for driving, if one does not have a car its even worse because probably there is no public transport going there.

The location of the hotel is great for hiking and enjoying the view. The owner takes care of all your needs. A good breakfast and dinner is also available for fair prices.

Fantastic location with stunning views on the drive up to the b&b and view from b&b blows you away! And staff were very friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend it!
