How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.
Guidelines and standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly without limiting expression of strong opinions. They are also applicable regardless of the sentiment of the comment.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include 'hate speech', discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, and the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. No parking place. The breakfast is poor and guest have to go to another hotel where the personal does not speak english. In the left room of the apartament there are stairs and at the bathroom these stairs are very inconfortable.

Verified reviewWhile the balcony was spacious, it had no view — and that was the only real positive we could find. Booking.com was very helpful for us to gain our right back to review as hotel have cancelled our reservation just to avoid an honest but true review.
We stayed at Hotel Premier in Budva and, unfortunately, our experience was far below expectations. Despite being advertised as a 4-star hotel, we believe it falls well short of that standard — closer to 2 stars in our opinion. When we arrived, the elevator was out of service, which was inconvenient. The reception closes at 10 PM, and we found the staff to be generally unhelpful and unfriendly. A warm, welcoming atmosphere is important in a holiday hotel, but sadly, we didn’t feel that here. We were two guests but were only given one room key. Although we requested a non-smoking room, we were given a smoking one. We also requested a late checkout at 12 PM, which was denied. The room was very small, barely enough for two people. Housekeeping was average at best. The breakfast was very limited — a small plate with an omelet, some ham, tomato, and white cheese. Only one tea or coffee is included; extras cost more. During breakfast, the waiter was rude, wouldn’t let us choose where to sit even though the restaurant was nearly empty, and began resetting the table while I was still seated. The pool was tiny, more like a large jacuzzi, and did not appear clean. Also, please note that the location is not in central Budva as advertised — it’s in Bečići, about 3–4 km from the Old Town. We had originally booked for 2 nights. Although we had the option to stay a third, we chose to move to another hotel. Tip: If you’re considering this hotel, try booking just 1 night first to see if it suits you. Overall verdict: Overpriced for the service provided. We wouldn’t recommend it.

How clean it was on the bathroom. Even tho a cleaning lady came over whithout asking us if need it to clean the room - the toilet paper holder had a solid layer of dust that meant how bad is cleaning there. Also hair on the floor that are not ours. So I would rate the cleaning as not an appropriate but it was not bad just fine

Verified reviewThe room is big and has a big balcony which is a plus. The swimming pool is great. Thank you to the stuff fir their kidness. It is definitely a good place for your stay in Budva
The breakfast it is a litle bit poor has five different options with mostly salty and one sweet option. Not bad but i think buffet option is always better. Specially if you are vegetarian or have some intolerance you can always find something there.

Verified reviewBreakfast was terrible. Shower head broken, two celing lights didn't work, awkward bathroom design. Glass window from bedroom to shower... noisy A/C. And it was rated 4 star hotel!
Dear Mr.Shai, The shower was forking perfectly, as we showed you , you didn't know how to turn it on. The light in the room also , you didn't know to turn it on. You came in our Hotel at 21h and left in the morning at 09h , so we did not have time to "learn " you how does light fukction. Have a nice day.
