It is the second time we are staying at this hotel. The hotel itself is new and beautiful. There are lots of facilities especially for kids - two indoor pools, kids playroom, and also outside playground. There's also very nice jacuzzi for no extra pay. Room itself is very comfortable and clean. Stuff is very nice and attentive. Hotel is also only 1 hour drive from tivat airport.

Not much to do in the place itself, unless you want to do some hiking in the Lovcen national Park

Location, friendly staff, spacious rooms, cleanness, and the dog (absolutely lovely)

Breakfast (not 4 star; poor; instant coffee), no sound proofing between rooms and levels, at some occasions dated

    The location is great.

Smell of cigarette smoke in hall ways and at the entrance. Accommodation is a bit out dated and maintenance of the property to be improved.

friendly staff, good food, astonishing views of National park landscape, refreshing indoor pool

the road from Kotor to this hotel is only for those with strong nerves - better recommendations on how to reach this locality would be useful; generally, people litter along streets (not that the hotel can do anything about it though)

The hotel is in a great location, the staff is super friendly, generally speaking, the building and installations are fine,

The “Spa” area could use significant improvement. Currently, it’s a large enclosed room with no windows, where all elements—sauna, Jacuzzi, storage room, and massage table—share the same open, wet, and underlight space with no separators. This setup compromises both comfort and hygiene. Another area that needs attention is the kitchen. There have been recurring issues such as burnt bread, overcooked eggs, undercooked pork, and the use of old oil for frying — all of which affect the dining experience. A major upgrade would be the removal of all carpeting throughout the hotel, including hallways and stairs. While the carpet may be intended to provide warmth during winter, it is not hygienic, especially considering the hotel is pet-friendly. Installing a proper heating system would be a much better and cleaner alternative. Overall, the hotel deserves its 4-star rating (or 8/10) due to the quality of the building, staff, and location — but there’s definitely room for improvement in some key areas.

Great location, nicely decorated rooms, lots of amenities. Friendly staff.

Owners dog came to the table and begged for food during dinner, then relieved himself in front of the door that leads from the patio to the inside restaurant. 😨 The rooms have carpets that might be clean but are full of stains.

Perfect location to visit the National Park, short/long walks around, the visitor’s center is quite near, there you can get info about the walks. And just some kms distance to the also the must visit to the mausoleum with the spectacular views. Staff quite professional, polite and kind. I was treated like a King. Thanks. Room was very big with everything you need. And a great breakfast, very complete. Free parking and wifi. The restaurant has delicious food and I don’t think it’s expensive if you compare it to the European standards.

Nothing to say. Thanks for everything. To the reception girls, the waitresses, the waiters and all the staff of the hotel. And also the people that run the restaurant. They have the very nice old manners at hotels. Quite open and kind. And polished.

Amazing location, great for exploring the national park. Apartment was large and spacious.

Some of the staff were quite blunt and unhelpful. Different staff told us opposite things. The decor and furniture is quite dated. Swimming pool was closed. Fridge hadn't been cleaned (mouldy food inside) or plugged in. Breakfast was very basic.
