Shower area was a little bit “tired”, but everything worked and aesthetics are really not that important in a hostel.

Location was perfect and the host was very nice. I had aircon, charging area and nightlight in my room. Everything you need for a one night stay. Kitchen area was well equipped.

Really hard to fine. Even with them sending you directions and using Google maps. I’ve attached a photo that will help. No plug or shelf by my bed. Some beds had them. Others didn’t. Needs a light above the entry door. Hard to see getting up the stairs at night. WiFi only works in the dinning room and doesn’t work well there. No lounge. AC only in the rooms. Kitchen is poorly equipped. Few pots and pans. No microwave

Has air conditioning but only in the rooms. Great location! Mini market under the hostel with a large grocery store and mall right next door. Less than a 19 minute walk to old town.

The owner of the house arrived late - another guest had to call her. There were three of us in the house, and we weren’t sure how to check in. Luckily, one of the guests was able to reach the landlady (I couldn’t make any calls since I was only relying on free Wi-Fi). When she finally arrived, she was really nice and gave us some great suggestions for exploring the town.

It was very clean, comfortable, and new. The room had a small balcony. It felt like staying at home because it’s a cozy house, not like a typical hostel.

This was my first hostel experience, and everything was even better than I expected. Many thanks to Elena. She's very helpful and explains everything there is to do in Kotor and the surrounding area in detail, patiently answering your questions. The hostel is located right in the center and very close to the beach. I made many friends from different countries, and I think that's the best part about staying at this hostel. ;)

everything! the host was so kind, helpful and welcoming. the beds were comfortable, the rooms had AC, the upstairs bathroom is spacious and clean. my room had the cutest balcony with a great view. it’s very central, close to the old town, beach and bus stops. i will come again!

Location was excellent and landlady was super sweet and polite. She let me enter my room few hours before check-in time. Room was lovely and even had a little terrace. It was very clean and comfortable. Bakery, market and restaurants are just across the street.

The owner was lovely and very responsive. The room was spacious and comfortable, the ac worked great and there was even a little balcony outside. The bathroom was always clean. The downstairs kitchen and common space were nice, I met some nice people staying there as well. Its not a party hostel which is what I wanted, but a comfortable, homely, spacious little gem by the old town. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better place to stay, best value in Kotor.

The only thing that could be improved is the downstairs bathroom. The shower curtain doesn’t go all the way to the floor, so even while trying to be diligent with pointing the shower head towards the wall, water still managed to go onto the floor at some point, making the surface slippery, which we were mindful of for other guests.

A great location, super close to the beautiful old town. My friend and I had the twin room and the beds were really comfortable, while the room itself had spacious lockers and was very quiet! The hostel has free use of a hairdryer, iron and nice little kitchen space for cooking. Elena was so lovely and helpful straight away when we arrived with pointing out suggestions of places to visit and eat (including good vegetarian options). Overall, really good value for money and would definitely book again when visiting Kotor!

there was nothing I didn't like

I only stayed one night at the hostel, but it was enough to give it a top rating. Simple, tidy, quiet, comfortable, and in an excellent location. I want to highlight Elena's kindness. After just five minutes of seeing her, she showed great hospitality, providing tons of valuable information about the place, as well as general advice on everything from transportation to places to buy food, not only in Kotor but also on the places I told her I was headed. She truly exemplifies a host. I will definitely return.

Host was very nice and she even gave us detailed tips on restaurants and the hike to the fortress. It's pretty close to the old town. There is free parking on the street but you may struggle finding a spot on busy days.
