Hosts were very nice and always helped with a smile, the room's location is great. very close to the city, restaurants, supermarket etc. wifi is good.

Nice place, nice host

Central location, kind host.

The property is significantly worn down and does not match the photos shown on Booking.com. Upon arrival, we noticed that the threshold was torn off, the door was damaged, and both the shower and sink were visibly dirty. The toilet seat was loose and unstable. The kitchenware was also in poor condition—dishes were caked with burnt residue and had clearly not been properly cleaned. Despite paying both city tax and VAT, we had to ask for a receipt multiple times, which raises concerns about the owner's transparency. Despite stated on booking.com, there is no free parking provided. Additionally, our room's boiler was used to supply hot water to the other rooms. This setup was never mentioned beforehand and led to uncomfortable situations. Privacy was also a concern, as anyone walking down the shared staircase could easily see into our room through the window. Overall, the experience did not meet expectations, and I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.

Hosts were really lovely they helped me with all I asked. Room was big and it had shower, tv, and other nice equipment. Brakefast was really good!

Air conditioner would be a big plus, otherwise everything was fine.

For a one night stay and such a low price this is the best choice. If you can afford rooms from 70 euro per night so do it :)

For me it was a good experience! It's true, if you expect a €25 room to offer you the same thing as a €150 room, you might be disappointed. I recommend!

The peaceful nature, great company, and relaxing atmosphere made it a perfect getaway.

There was nothing I didn’t like — everything was perfect.

The owner was very friendly and caring. He helped us with planning our day hike in durmitor together with his friend from the durmitor park rangers. He also picked us up all the way from Kotor since busses don’t go before peak season. The house itself was very cozy and in a great location. Ps. Ask him to show his sombrero for a good laugh.
