I know everyone warns you about the hill and as a fit, young person trying to save money I thought they were being over dramatic, but it was not worth it! I'm from the country with the steepest street in the world, I can confidently say this hill felt way worse! And it's a 30 min walk just to the base of the hill from the old town. Definitely think it's worth another 5 euros to be closer to the beach and old town. Also, there was no kitchen and everything was rather dirty.

Nice to have my own room on a budget. And good views.

The room was on the second floor, i had to carry 30 kg up the small stairs and back down in the morning after 1 night, so 6 times walking. The kitchen was limited to a water kettle, nothing else. The view and the balcony were really nice and nothing bad to say about the woman, but after the whole stressful day already we had to listen to a barking dog until 2 am in the morning and we never had so bad internet for more than a year, cannot live like that. Will never choose this place again.

It was the first time that I needed to clean a bathroom to feel comfortable to use. The location is on a very hilly part of the city.

Price was really good compare to the offer in the city. The staff was nice since I thought that I could pay with card and they allowed me to pay on the day after with cash.

The owner had a dog who sometimes barked at us. He didn't really do anything else but my partner is afraid of dogs so that wasn't great. Also the parking was not what we had hoped. At an Incline and not hardened. It wasn't necessary below standard for the Balkan but it was very hard to get in and out and despite the well intended help of the owner not a good experience at all. I'm very sure we damaged te car a little getting out, which is fine in the sense that the car already had some scratches, but if you're a bit more anxious about your car I'm afraid I can't recommend.

I'd say good value for money. Had the necessary things and AC which was great. The owner was nice and helpful and it was a solid place for us to spend a last minute night in Budva

Address on the site didn't match up so it ended up to be up the mountain. Can't do anything in the kitchen except cook tea.

Kind owner, nice outside area to sit and drink a coffee while looking out to the sea. Warm covers in the room. Bedside table and a vanity provided.

The wifi was really bad, a lot of the time it was barely working at all and the rest it was very slow. We work online which was almost impossible here and even sending messages or doing quick Google searches was very difficult with such poor wifi. The room is mostly decent but we didn’t really like how the walls were so thin you could easily hear others talking in the hallway or other rooms. The bathroom smelled quite bad when we arrived and at times the smell got back later during our stay, too. There was no trash can in the room (even in the bathroom). The room was mostly clean enough but for example the fridge was quite dirty inside so it seems that they don’t pay a lot of attention to details when cleaning. There is a little kitchen in the hallway next to the rooms which we were unsure if we could use since the hosts didn’t really tell us anything about the property but it looked quite dirty so we didn’t even attempt to cook. The location wasn’t a problem for us but if you don’t like or aren’t able to walk up partially pretty steep hills then it might be difficult for you. Overall the place wasn’t terrible especially considering the low prices but we have stayed at better places for similar or lower price. I just think many of these issues would be very easy for them to fix.

Considering the low price the stay was fine. The balcony is nice and has a good view over Budva. The location was fine with us because we didn’t mind being away from the center where it was quieter.

The fridge in our room was filthy, I bought some disinfectant wipes to clean it. There were only 2 plug sockets and one was for the fridge or TV, you can't have both on.

First location. It’s on top of the mountain almost! It almost 40 min. far from center. Hard to find. Rude host! He didn’t know english. Our room was in dirt. There were tons of hair on the sheets and floor… when we asked to clean, he gave me only one pillowcase(we’re two people!) internet is not working, tv is not working. No trash bin! No cleaning products. Even soup was about to over, we had to ask to refill. So expensive for nothing. I don’t recommend anyone!

I have been traveling for over 20 years and have visited more than 25 countries, but I’ve never experienced such a negative stay. The host was unfriendly and very rude—he didn’t register me as required by law, which caused me extra problems and anxiety and ruined my entire vacation. The room left much to be desired: Dirty bedding Insects in the room A shared kitchen with only cups and a kettle—no other cookware The air conditioner didn’t work for three days in +35 °C weather When I asked for a discount because the air conditioner was broken, the host refused and threatened to evict me within 10 minutes. Completely unacceptable behavior and level of service. I do not recommend this place!

We had very bad experience from the host. Not at all approachable. Room was not tidy. We found waste from previous visitors in our room. Not even basic requirements meet. Kitchen facilities were very bad. Host and her son were very rude. Not suggesting for stat.

Nice kind hosts, fresh sea/mountain air, clean room. Yes, it is on the hill but I enjoyed going up and down this hill. And a big terrace with palms and flowers has a beautiful view. For this price everything was really good. Thank you.

House owner should fix some part of the room. This time our room had two screws sticked out from the side of the door. Like this can hurt people. And airconditioner need to be cleaned. Except these, almost all was good.
