It didnt disturb us at all, I quite like listening to the activity outside when I go to bed, but if you need quiet to sleep you would probably find any hotel in the middle of old town too noisy in August.

A lovely hotel in the heart of Kotor Old Town. The reception team were really helpful in advance of our stay, they arranged an excellent private walking tour and we were able to get into our room early. We have a lovely welcome and were offered help with any tours, taxis or bookings. It was my birthday and we returned to our room to find a bottle of wine and a lovely birthday message. Our room was large and the bed very comfortable with excellent daily servicing. Breakfast was served in the small square, giving an adequate but not huge range of options.

The rooms are not soundproof. It’s a pretty lively night scene so can get loud. Our room was located right off of the reception desk, so it didn’t feel super private.

The location was amazing. We really enjoyed staying in the heart of the old town. The hotel was very clean and the staff were extremely friendly. We really appreciated the free parking, as well as the directions they provided to reach the parking and the hotel.

Even though we had some issues with our booking, our host, Florina, went out of her way to make sure we felt super welcome, which really made our stay amazing. The hotel is an old castle in a perfect spot within the citadel, offering an incredible view of the sea. Our room was really spacious and could easily fit a whole family. The beds were comfy too. One of the best parts was the private access to a secluded rock beach, where you can enjoy the Adriatic coastline without dealing with the crowds of Ulcinj. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby with awesome views, but I'd definitely recommend the hotel's restaurant. We had the most delicious breakfast there. Plus, our host speaks perfect French, which could be a big help for non-English speakers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we'll come back for sure !

Some people mentioned the noise at night, so I expected it to be noisy. However, by 12pm it was quiet. Also, this seems completely opposite to the rest of the staff, but one of the staff members was not very helpful and didn't really make an effort to help me. I specifically asked for advice and help getting a taxi, but was only told where to get it. It would have been nice to know I had to pay in cash for a taxi ahead of time. I ended up having to get cash after already leaving the hotel with my luggage, walking back into Old town with all of my things. Then, I was charged 50 euros, which I know was too much, but I had no other option as I needed to get to the airport and didn't see how to find another taxi. I know that taxis are not the responsibility of the hotel, but I feel the stafaf should have been able to provide more help in the process. That said, I feel confident had someone else at the hotel helped me, I would have gotten more information and better service. Also, I had read in comments that the hotel had organized a taxi pick up for a guest, so was surprised at the limited information I received.

I really was impressed by how the staff treated me; for the most part, they were professional and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. I had been worried about bringing my suitcase up and downstairs but they brought it for me, which was such as nice surprise, as the staff member I spoke to about this a few days before arrival indicated I would have to deal with this myself. I loved the decor and ambience of the hotel, the location; it has a historical and special feel to it. Really, except for the one incident below, I would definitely come back and stay here again and was disappointed I could not stay longer this trip. Highly recommend!

There is some noise in the evening from adjacent bars and restaurants, but everything goes quiet at the 1am cut-off time, so really not a problem for us.

The location was perfect just off one of the most beautiful squares in Kotor. We received a very warm welcome and the staff made our room available a couple of hours before check-in, as we arrived early in the morning. The room was decorated in a lovely style and was immaculately clean, with lots of space and even a separate single bedroom we could use as a dressing room. The breakfast consisted of a good range of options and was of a high quality, as was the service from the serving staff. We ate in the hotel for our first evening meal, and this was excellent too.

Everything was incredible. The hotel staff noted that we made the booking for wedding anniversary celebration and greated us with an upgrade and a welcome drink. Also, we asked for a table in the hotel restaurant and they saved a perfect table in the terrace with greate view and atmosphere. The bed was also really confortable. Hotel offers a parking space outside of the walls but close to it, and for that, after checkout they made available a valet that brought us and the bags in a small car so we could skip the 5/10 minutes walk in a hot day.

to tell the truth, there was nothing we did not like, although the price seems relatively high compared to other hotels at first, when you consider the breakfast and parking fees, it becomes quite normal

in the heart of old town the staff are very helpful, they work to fulfill every request in the best way possible the rooms are comfortable the air conditioners work very well the bathroom is perfect in every way the breakfast is very nice and sufficient if needed there is a private and free parking service 5 minutes walking distance from the hotel, they give you a code for the door

Noise from the neighbouring jazz club until 1am. The hotel reception said they would order a taxi for us to get to the airport, but forgot to do so!

Lovely hotel located in the old town. Staff were friendly & recommended things to go & see. Nice breakfast each morning.
