The staff was nice, everything was super clean, and the place was really comfy. The Wi-Fi is impressively fast too! Just a heads-up, there’s no private beach directly connected to the hotel. One thing that surprised me, the pool is closed from 14:00 to 17:00. When I asked why, the staff told me, "The pool is resting." 🤷‍♀️🤣 I'm still not sure how or why a pool needs rest, but okay! Overall, it was a pleasant stay with just a bit of unexpected pool downtime.

Everything was excellent, we wanted a room at level 2 to have a better view of the sea and they managed very well and changed our room. Very great staff, the room was cleaned every day, quiet place, they have 5 parking spaces at the level floor inside the hotel wich is great. Everyone from the staff was speaking great english. The breakfast was excellent.

Even if the hotel location was good, in a quiet area, the resort has still a long way to go to reach a level it deserves.

First of all people; they were always eager to help, communicate, joyfully and smiling. Great assistance in a difficult situation. For us hotel was above expectations with everything clean and at hand.

The shower water could have been a lot warmer

It was a good spread and very delicious. The staff were all so warm and helpful. Our rooms overlooked the ocean and both had balconies giving us good views of surrounding area. There is a choice of restaurants within walking distance too.

Probably due to lack of space, everything is tiny 🤭. In the bathroom- shower space, sink, etc. Also parking lot is very narrow, breakfast place as well. Tiny swimming pool but really nice! But we managed with everything in the end. The kindness of the staff and the quality of the building materials compensate for all. 😊

The only thing is that they don’t allow to take coffee from restaurant up to the room for some reason - this is the only negative.

Breakfast set-up could be improved to more 4-star like. At the moment breakfast room and kitchen are at the same place and you should essentially watch staff washing dishes while you are eating.
