CanadaOur safe didn’t work and the AC worked great the first night but not the other nights. In both situations staff were very willing to help us, but we were not around enough to get them into the room to fix things.
The staff were very helpful and it had a great breakfast. It was easy to walk to old town and to many different beaches. It was very close to the bus station. The beds were very comfortable.

SerbiaI need to address a concerning food hygiene issue. During breakfast on five separate occasions (not consecutive days), I discovered hair in my food. While finding hair once might be dismissed as an isolated incident, five separate occurrences suggests a systematic problem with kitchen hygiene standards. This was quite disappointing. The first week's breakfast also lacked essential items like prosciutto. These items appeared only in the second week, creating a noticeable quality inconsistency. Despite these issues, the hotel shows considerable potential. The staff consistently exceeded expectations in making guests feel welcome. I hope management will address this feedback constructively and focus on improving food service hygiene standards.
I spent two weeks at Hotel Eden in Budva and had a mostly enjoyable experience. The staff really stood out during my stay. They were consistently friendly and welcoming, with a genuine commitment to guest comfort. I was impressed with the room quality, air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, and the hotel's location. The breakfast desserts deserve special mention. Each morning brought a delightful surprise with their excellent selection.

MontenegroHowever, it seems that maintenance of the hotel is not on the satisfactory level. There is no shower gel in the bathrom. Sampoo is being refilled in the bottle from some old sampoo from the shop and it does not look nice. The carpet should be cleaned.
Location is good and the rooms are big and very nice. It is visible that the hotel is quite new.

FinlandThe overall experience at the hotel was ok, but there were a few things that could be improved. One of the main challenges was communication since the staff were friendly and tried their best, but their English skills were quite limited. This made it difficult at times to ask for information or clarify details about our stay. The breakfast was average and did not meet our expectations. While it covered the basics, the quality and variety were not on par with what we’ve experienced in similarly priced hotels.
The room itself was clean and the location was convenient.

Israel1) We were initially put on the 2nd floor at room 206. We kept hearing the drainage pipes running water every few minutes from the floors above through the corners of the walls. Poor noise isolation on that regard. 2) Our A/C was broken, a technician tried to fix it for around 45 minutes, but he failed at the end and left. We couldn't sleep at all that night as no other rooms were free to move to. 3) Noise isolation between the rooms overlooking the road and the street is poor. You can hear car horns loud. This was fixed when we moved to the 4th floor on the opposite the hotel. 4) breakfast was the same everyday and with small selection of foods - 4/5 kinds of vegetables, 1-2 kinds of fruits, small cheese platter, small sausage slices platter, olives, some jams and spreads, water, juice, 3 kinds of bread and an omelette. 5) This one irritated me - Breakfast DOES NOT include free coffee or tea. You get it for free once only on your first night, but after that, they charge you for it. 6) Private parking garage is not large, so most times when we returned at night with our rental car, the garage was full and we had to either find a parking outside or block someone else and give the keys to the valet at the office and tell him where we parked and who we blocked.
For the price we paid, this hotel was a good choice, all things considered. 1) Terrific staff and hospitality, doing whatever they can to help. Truly going above and beyond. 2) Valet service for free - They offer to keep your car keys so that they could park or move your car for you instead of calling you to move your car (should you block someone trying to exit the underground parking). 3) The second room we were in was spacious and on the 4th (top) floor. 4) The hotel's rooms and floors all look new, as this hotel is new. All facilities are also very clean.

PortugalThe breakfast had limited options and the items were not labelled – apart from the obvious ones, we had no idea what the rest of the food was. Additionally, two cars were parked behind ours in the Hotel's garage, blocking us from leaving. We were caught off guard by this disorganisation from the Hotel when we were trying to check out (they have security cameras and must know).
We appreciated the comfort, the peace and quiet, and the cleanliness. However, and above all, we were positively surprised by the professionalism of the lady who handled our check-out. Faced with our urgency and stress to remove our car from the garage early in the morning - as it was blocked by two others - she immediately did everything she could to help us and resolve the issue, always with a smile, professionalism, and a kind word. Unfortunately, I don’t know her name, but I would like to express my admiration and gratitude to her and to the Hotel owners, as she is clearly a great asset and a true example of good customer service.

The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and beautifully designed. Our room was spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony offering a peaceful view. Everything was spotless, and the attention to detail was impressive. The breakfast was delicious with a variety of fresh options every morning. We especially loved the quiet and relaxing atmosphere—it felt like a peaceful escape just minutes away from the center of Budva and the beach. The location is perfect: close enough to walk to the main attractions, but far enough to enjoy a quiet night’s sleep. We truly loved our time here and would 100% recommend Hotel Eden to anyone visiting Budva. Can’t wait to come back!

RomaniaFirst, on my reservation and on their booking page it says free parking at the hotel, when we arrived there , they made us pay 10€ / day - 40 € in total and the second day we have found our car parked outside on the street from 8-17:00 (all day) . We also told them when we saw that, to move it but they did not. Also, when we told them about this situation they laught about it. Second , room service entered the room twice without knocking, once on our first day when we were sleeping, and also the next day in the afternoon. Third, the wi fi didn t worked at the 4 th floor where our room was . They told us that they will solve the problem but they didn’t. 4th, the breakfast was the same everyday and also you only have 1-2 options . The only good thing about this hotel was the location. You can t talk with the staff because they don t speak english very well and when we got a problem i think they didn t understand us.
The location was good and only one man from the reception was kind with us.
