It’s not THAT big of an issue but as a solo female traveler i somehow didn’t feel THAT comfortable knowing there isn’t an extra inside lock. The door only locks with a card (that’s ur key) but there’s no extra lock from the inside. (maybe that’s normal but i never experienced that before)

Breakfast was ok, the staff were really nice! very welcoming and they put a lot of effort into customer service which was really nice!

Located a bit far from the old town/marina. Services were a bit modest (no drinking options or sunshade at the rooftop area, sitting at breakfast a bit unstructured, no proper coffee).

The room we stayed in had a big mold stain, the walls were dirty, and when we checked in we found hairs on the floor. We asked them to change our room, but they said the hotel was fully booked, but the next day a room would be free and they would move us, but that didn't happen ☹️. The breakfast is poor with very few options

The property is well located, close to the bay area, restaurants, the view is nice, they have free parking, wifi was good and the staff was friendly.

The room and lot of walls look to had some kind of water damage with either mold in shower joints or unglued tiles. the breakfast menu was a bit limited. Overall the price seems justified only by location and summer season.

The breakfast was average (instant coffee). The staff was nice but the staff in the evening couldn't speak English. You need to pay cash.

The terrace with the pool and the view was great. The room was huge and very modern and clean with a balcony. The toilet was also big. There was a kettle and some teas. The parking lot was easy to access and wide.

Smell from sink in shower, limited breakfast choice

A small lack of maintenance, as the shower drain seemed to be clogged and flooded the bathroom every time I took a shower.

Really kind and friendly staff. The building is very new. Great quality and a wonderful atmosphere. The room is spacious, with a cosy bed. The view is breathtaking, especially from the rooftop pool. I don't mind embracing a typical breakfast.

Was a bit of a trek from the Old Town although only 5 euro for taxi. Building exterior a little worn and very steep hill to get up (but made the view better)

We could not find the place easily. We received a mail but the instructions were not precise so spent one hour looking for the hotel. Also no clear sign of where the reception is located.

CONS It's as if the owners have never stayed in a hotel designed for tourists Breakfast - Rose Hip or Green tea only 🤔 Food offering for buffet was mediocre & not appetising. You have to pay for basic items like fruit juice Roof Terrace - broken tiles to trip on, damaged sun loungers that give you splinters Service - non-existent. Claimed CC machine was broken, so had to visit town to get cash. No hospitality is shown from English speaking host - very abrupt & disinterested

PROS It's all about the view - absolutely stunning from the room & even better from rooftop Generous sized room & comfy large bed Large balcony They've obviously spent money on the finishes of the rooms .- posh toilet, drench shower & nice linen

The location was on the top of a steep hill so you would really need a car to get around. The breakfast selection wasn’t great (from the UK so maybe just personal preference) but was just eggs, bread, some meat and cheese and stale cereal with sour milk. The bathroom flooded after a shower into the bedroom.

The rooftop pool area was fantastic, great views from the rooms and the pool area, however the pool is only waist deep. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful

It was a bit far from Kotor city centre, we went there by car. Also the beach was quite far away, a really sweaty climbing back from the restaurants and the beach. - The weirdest thing was the fact that they didn’t accept credit cards, we needed to pay the room (two nights) by cash. :( (Luckily we had some with us!) This should have been mentioned somewhere when making the booking.

Our room was really big, clean and nice. Air conditioning worked well too. The host was really friendly. The location was easy to find. Breakfast was decent, nothing special.

The view was amazing, especially from the top. Only the first floor is belong the hotel so you can not see so much view from your room. But if you can go the top, the view is breathtaking. Parking is free and in easy spot. Staff was very helpful. Rooms are clean and good.

- Maybe the location is a MINOR minus of the hotel, having no ride sharing services (Uber, Bolt) you must go by your personal car in the down town, or calling a local taxi if possible.

- Decent breakfast - The hotel receptionist in great vibes, always smiling and willing to help

The hostess was very friendly and helpful for anything i needed (information, taxi reservation, availability in general...) The view from the room and from the rooftop of the hotel is just amazing. The breakfast has been enjoyable. It was quite fast to reach the sea, i would say 5 min by walking. However it takes a bit more time to reach the center of the city. Taking a bus is preferable.

The stay and the quality of the accommodations were completely appalling and I would advise anyone considering this establishment to book elsewhere. The bathroom absolutely stinks of sewage, the room and facilities are in disrepair, and the staff did not seem to speak much English. They insisted on payment in cash (which was known ahead of time and, while highly inconvenient, was expected) but did not provide any receipt. This is illegal in Montenegro. The rooms are all located on the same floor as the reception and it was very noisy with traffic in the hallway and the staff working at the reception taking video calls, watching videos, etc. The pool was dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in week with algae growing throughout. The area around the pool was littered with cleaning and construction materials. It was probably the worst establishment I have ever stayed at and I would have left after the first night if they had not demanded prepayment in cash at check in.

Location was convenient, beautiful view.
