Israelair condition in our room was weak... we were offered another room, but didnt had the energy to move. The stuff on site was good and helpfull. The reservation office were very hash and unattentive. We had a confusion with our reservation, we were asking for some consideration and got a strong negative answer. Although confusion was on our side, it would have been much more cusomer facing if they would show a little more sympathy and understanding

The rooms are beautifully furnished, combining comfort and style. The hotel interior is elegant and welcoming, and the spa was a true highlight. Everything was thoughtfully designed to create a luxurious and enjoyable experience. I would definitely come back. Special thanks to wonderful staff.

ThailandIt was low season so the outdoor pool was not open but we were made aware of this before arriving. The outdoor pool is also very small. If you are ordering room service, be aware that there is a separate pizza and burger menu which is worth asking for. At times the room felt very hot, it could be cooled down by opening the door although this made it quite loud with the road right outside. I would recommend hiring a car to stay at this location, although I think you can get taxis. Because it was low season, the price was great, however, in high season I don't think our budget would stretch.
Stayed for a week, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure our needs were met and we were comfortable, we were provided with welcome prosecco and a treat at the end of our stay. They also booked us an excursion. Breakfast was amazing with lots of choice each day as well as a menu and buffet. We ate a few times at the restaurant across the road Bocasa which did the most amazing pizzas. The room was big and clean, housekeeping made the room up quickly while you were at breakfast. They replaced towels once a day and did turn down in the evening. The view from the room was brilliant and our balcony faced the front of the hotel so sitting on it with the few was perfect. The spa was relaxing and the sauna and steam once turned on were lovely. We had massages and facials which were both great. There were towels provided at the poolside. We had hired a car so getting around was easy.

United KingdomThe staff were all very friendly and welcoming. The property was tastefully decorated with some really nice features. The spa was a really peaceful and tranquil place to relax in. We dined in their waterfront restaurant Bocasa for the 3 nights of our stay and were impressed with the attentiveness of all the staff. The breakfast menu was varied and plentiful with some lovely local produce. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and indeed the Casa del Mare chain of hotels if this is the standard they provide.

United KingdomThere wasn't much to fault about the hotel, but other guests sometimes caused issues that couldn't be helped (for example rowdiness in the spa when you are trying to relax, or smoking on the adjoining balcony which is unpleasant when you don't smoke).
The hotel was beautiful and the staff were exceptional. We had a few teething problems with other guests, however the staff were very responsive and tried to help in a very positive manner, they went out of their way to make sure we were happy. The spa is small but lovely, it has a small pool, a sauna and a steam room. It is also a nice place just to lie down and read a book. The restaurant on the opposite side of the road on the bay had a beautiful setting. I wasn't too fond of the menu, but that was personal. Breakfast was plentiful with a lot of choice. Our room was big with a very comfortable bed (that was huge), and we had a lovely (side) view of the bay. There is parking available and the hotel is very close to the ferry. You need a car to explore the area, although cabs are available. Perast and Kotor are a must!

We chose the perfect hotel in an ideal location, close to all the most popular places. I highly recommend this hotel—it truly deserves a 10/10. Everything was incredible, from the hotel itself to the food, the amazing staff, and even the relaxing massages. Thank you so much! We are sure to return because this place is absolutely worth it. The accommodation is superb! We were impressed by the above-average friendly staff, who at all times meet our needs, good location, comfort and excellent breakfast with a view of the sea. They prepared a surprise cake for my husband, which is very sweet :) The massage is also divine, the therapist Marina works very professionally and at a high level. We will definitely come back to Casa del Mare :)
