Construction works at the moment, just next to the hotel, starting early morning and stopping late, every day.

A nice part of the staff is pleasant (sha^me some never smile, event when saying hello), especially reception team, a part of rooms cleaning team and also of restaurant team. Animation team from FRAM is amazing (though I was not a FRAM guest) !!! They made my stay so much greater ! I especially attended animations from Lucas (and also a few from Matteo) but all animation team is great and their team animations are delightfull.

However, the all-inclusive food left much to be desired. The quality of ingredients was quite low, and the options became repetitive very quickly, especially at breakfast. After a day or two, it was difficult to find something enjoyable to eat. Another downside was the lack of amenities for children. Despite many families staying at the hotel, there was no dedicated playroom or space for kids. The indoor pool connects to the outdoor area, but unfortunately, the water wasn't heated, which made it less enjoyable.

We stayed at Carine Hotel Kumbor Superior for 3 days and overall had a pleasant experience. Our room was excellent – spacious, very comfortable, with a fantastic view and two bathrooms, which was a big plus.

The food was average & didn't have a lot of variety from one day to the next. Pork seemed to be on the menu a lot. The vegetables were mainly boiled & overcooked with not a lot of choice. The fruit offered was the same every day & very limited given the amount on offer at the local grocers shop down the road! If you are vegetarian then it's slim pickings. The pizza however was fantastic & enjoyed by my children, along with the ice cream.

We had a superior suite that was very spacious for our family of 4; providing two showers, two balconies & two rooms. The rooms were clean & decorated well. My children loved the swimming pool & we enjoyed cocktails on the terrace made by the excellent bar man! The location was beautiful & the sea was really warm.

The all inclusive range at breakfast/lunch/ dinner, in the restaurant was good, but no real choice in the bars. You had to pay cor a real capuccino.

The room was huge, very nice view. A parking garage, no parking fee, bit dirty.

A little disappointed with pool...seemed to be more a kids/family pool, and not big enough for just adult chilling.

Layout of property very well thought out. Inside outside seating areas...for restaurant and bar. Great beach front area. Front desk staff were first class!

Very kid-friendly so people who are not used or not willing to share same space with a lot of toddlers better look for adults only options.

Great modern hotel with a private beach, parking and just next to the beautiful Portonovi. Fantastic room (we got a free upgrade), comfortable bed, great choice of food in all inclusive restaurant and, above all: very nice, helpful, kind and attentive staff. We enjoyed our stay so very much.

Now, about the things that were not at the desirable level: 1. We paid for the all-inclusive option, but when we arrived, they told us that to use the SPA center, we had to pay 15 euros per person (for 2 hours of use). Isn’t all-inclusive supposed to include everything? 2. The food was terribly poor. Very few options, especially for proteins. The taste was awful, poorly cooked, lacking in flavor and texture. Everything about the food was bad.

Today I just checked out of this hotel, so I’ll start with my positive impressions first: 1. The staff were wonderful—always ready to help and always smiling. 2. Cleanliness was at a desirable level: enough towels, timely and proper room cleaning, and replacement of used towels. 3. The room design was perfect—from the color combinations to the smallest details, everything was delightful, providing exceptional calmness and comfort.

Pros: The room was big and spacious for a couple and 1 child and clean. The dining room and the hotel in general also looked very clean and well maintained. The staff and animation team are very friendly and welcoming. Cons: the food was very repetitive from day to day and not much variety. The quality was ok but i expected better.

The food was very basic and not much choice. all fuzz drinks were too sugary, ended up having water most of the time. Need to pay extra money on proper coffee and cocktails. Not much entertainment going on.

The staff were nice and hotel sets at a quiet place with private beach front where you can enjoy amazing views. There are shops nearby and Portonovi just 15 mins walk where you can find nice restaurants and shops.
