The host is a lovely man who shared excellent recommendations for restaurants, activities, and transportation to our next stop. The apartment is new, very clean, quality amenities, and beautifully designed. It is well located not too far up from the sea front and not too far below the old town. The bathroom is small but very functional even for my 6’4” husband.

The apartment is very comfortable and has a great view. The host is very friendly and gave us good recommendations for places to eat.

Beautiful, clean new apartment. All appliances were also brand new and perfect quality. Also washing powder was provided. We used kitchen for making breakfast and small meals. We arrived by car and beforehand I asked about parking. Nikola, the host kindly offered parking spot in the basement of the apartment house. You can reach the promenade and the beaches in 5 minutes walking down via steps. Beautiful place and Nikola was very kind, helpful and we got all information we needed from him.

Just as described. Really lovely setting and very handy to walk down to seaside promenade or up to the older part of the town. Air con was superb. Nikola was the best host and very very helpful during our stay. Arranged taxi to get us back to Dubrovnik in early morning.👍

Host Nikola is a friendly and great host. Everything was excellent. The apartment is great, close to the beach, with a fantastic view. It was clean and tidy.

Few pointers to the address would be appreciated as it was difficult to find apartment- Owner did meet us after getting a bit lost. Although a fabulous apartment ,the surrounding area looks a bit neglected. Also please sterilize the stay cats as it is sad to see their condition

Nice apartment with the best view!

The apartments are spacious and bright, perfectly clean, with all the necessary amenities including a coffee machine, comfortable pillows, mattresses, a quiet environment and a magnificent view of the sea. Good Wi-Fi signal. Convenient location, within walking distance of the old town, the embankment and other attractions of Herceg Novi. The owner is a very nice person, he explained in detail how to use the apartment and recommended great places in the city to relax. Thanks guys, we'll definitely see you again.

No disadvantages noted, only positive impressions

Wonderful location just above the promenade/beach. Well-laid-out, recently renovated apartment with a huge terrace looking out on the sea, good beds and shower, good modern equipment. Welcoming, flexible host.

An expansive and contemporary apartment located just a 5-minute stroll from the beach. Essentials like the nearest supermarket, post office, and modern multilevel parking (at €10/day) are also within a 5-minute walk. The vibrant green market and historic old town lie a mere 10-15 minutes away by foot. The apartment, adorned with modern furnishings, comfortably accommodates four guests. Our host, Nikola, was exceptionally hospitable and attentive. Highly recommended for those keen on immersing themselves in the essence of Herceg Novi.

Unfortunately, there is no free parking near the apartment.

The apartment was very clean, the location was wonderful. You can see the sea from the living room and from the terrace. There was a very peaceful place and you could have a nice time to rest. 🤗😁
