Wi-fi was spotty and slow.

Spacious room right in the middle of Old Town Kotor, beautiful interiors with attention to detail and a welcoming, historical feel that matches the atmosphere of the city. It was easy to get to, though you do have to walk down winding roads in the Old Town, but the girl at the reception led us there herself. Free parking is made available just over the bridge about a five-minute walk away.

It was let down slightly by the under- equipped kitchen - no fry pan or oven (micro only) and the doors were literally hanging off. We had a couple of issues with the shower not draining snd the terrace lights not working - these were resolved quickly but shouldn’t have been there in the 1st instance. Plus the drain from upstairs AC was blocked and dripped on the terrace- not a huge problem but again shouldn’t have been there. Our biggest concern was the cleanliness of the floor in the appt which clearly hadn’t been mopped in some time and left our feet or socks dirty.

The Appartment is two massive rooms a tiny bathroom and a huge terrace. The ceilings are high with double doors leading between the rooms. We loved the central location and sitting on the terrace in the evening listening to the sounds from the street and admiring the view from the terrace. One of the nicest properties we’ve stayed in.

Great location in old town ( no car allowed parking available) very spacious, clean and pleasant terrasse. The communication was smooth prior our stay, safe parking spot booked after request with code delivered in time with pictures and clear explanations. Staff very reactive and kind. We arrived late at night and check in was smooth. Koror old town was a very lively place. The apartment is in a quiet section. We’ll happily come back.

Kotor Old Town is accessible on foot – about 12 minutes from the bus station and 5 to 7 minutes from nearby parking (just outside the old town). The experience was good overall, though the walk can be a bit long if you're carrying heavy bags.

The apartment is perfectly located in the center of Kotor Old Town, with many restaurants and cafes just steps away. The apartment itself is beautiful, with a charming vintage vibe. There are many windows and doors that let in plenty of natural light during the day. The staff were very helpful and friendly, they ready to assist with anything, including booking tours and taxis. Thank you for your support during my trip!

The location can’t be any better. The hotel it’s managed by is wonderful and very responsive. I am shocked by how spacious the property is for being in Old Town. We loved Kotor and I would absolutely book this place again on my next visit

I can say only that I regret spending just one night there… the place is so great and worth the price. The apartament captured the spirit of the town. Staff is very helpful, but be careful…do not trust your google maps… when it comes to find your parking place😉. Read carefully info from staff, so you avoid troubles. Many thanks!

The property was a little dated, the shower kept going really cold (even though the boiler was switched on) and some of the plugs were a bit sketchy/falling off the wall.

The property is located in the heart of the Old Town, it’s really easily accessible and there’s only a small set of steps you have to go up to get to the apartment. The apartment is a little dated but spacious and clean nonetheless. There was pretty much everything you would expect in the room: hair dryer, body wash, kettle, tea/coffee, kitchen roll etc. Although it wasn’t a garden view per se, it was nice that our apartment was located above the main streets so that when you opened the shutters/windows, you were able to enjoy parts of the view. The apartments are part of the hotel (which is only a short 2-minute away) and the staff are super nice and incredibly helpful! This property is really good as well as they offer airport transfer for only €40 each way. The driver is so incredibly nice and kind (he carried our bags for us) and gave us a load of great recommendations.

The bathroom is a little interesting, but what do you expect in a 14th-15th century building :)

Awesome location, right on the heart of the walled, old town. The apartment is huge and totally unexpected. The balcony is also massive. No cars are allowed so you have to park outside the old town but that was included with the booking and is secure, which was great. We had a few problems finding the parking but if you read the instructions you will find it. Look for the electric barrier, there's only one on the small road. Beautiful city and this was a great place to stay.

The shower has no real curtain/ door so everything gets wet which is annoying. The air con also was leaking water.

First of all, this is not the hotel’s responsibility. But whoever will stay the room which looks the street must know that the restaurant under the building makes so much noise the mornings and the nights. One day the staff opened a loud music at 7 am and sang loudly, and another day they talked very loudly around 12-1 am. Again one day a man was arquing on the phone in a very angry and loud voice. So I can say that they had no respect to anyone. It is sad because Kotor is a very popular touristic location and as a traveler I always respect the culture and nature where I visit. But I want to be respected in return. Even the staff know lots of people stay the apartments arround there, clearly they don’t care.

I stayed at this hotel 8 years ago, but this time I booked a different apartment without a balcony. From what I have observed, customer relations have improved a lot over the years. Whatever we asked or requested, they helped us very quickly. Also the apartment was well occupied and even oil, sugar, tea and coffee were there.

Would have been great to have some extra pillows. There was just two per bed but we normally like a few extra pillows. Would have also like to have some basic toiletries provided.

Location was excellent and the apartment had a lovely balcony with an amazing grape vine above giving it shade from the scorching sun. It was tastefully decorated and very clean. Would definitely stay here again.

You can hear EVERY noise outside and inside from walking steps above you to a loud concert for hours in the distance. It was not easy to have a good rest.
