Wonderful village house in Kuti village within Herceg Novi suburb Meljine. Quite, pastoral, fresh air ... Very outgoing and friendly hostess, nicely equipped facilities!

We stayed three nights and enjoyed the quiet and village-style area. Really relaxed stay :) The street was a bit narrow for our campervan, but we managed and happilly arrived to the place.

Access roads are quite narrow, a bit hard to find.

Large apartment, comfortable bed, quiet area. Cute cats nearby. Also a cow with its owner walked past on the road!

The location is so far from the beach on foot. With car is like 10 minutes. It's not easy to reach this apartman, due to multiple narrow streets. Our room was on 3rd floor.

The host was very kindly. The apartman was good for 2 person, 1 night. The room had 2 more beds +our double bed, so your whole family can stay there. Big private terrace. Free parking spot.

Great place on Zelenika countryside with a lots of greenery and nature around.To town is around 2 kilometres which was great walk for me.Apartment have everything you need for great price.Dragana the owner is super helpful and friendly and her family too.She came to pick me up from bus station. Definitely recommend this place for people who seek relaxing escape from city noise and crowd.

Some household goods are not in a good condition.

The owner was nice. The room was tidy and clean. The apartment is in the nature, in a very peaceful place. It has a parking lot. The sea is 5 min and the city is 10 min away by car.

The owner is super friendly and the apartment had everything we needed. The location is off the touristy spots which was what we wanted. But you definitely need a car to reach the location.

There was no hot water at the moment we were there (since it was summer it was bearable, but the water heater light was on so I am guessing it broke). We didnt actually report the problem so maybe it was actually ok? But there were a few unclean spots around the apartment, the toilet and the shower for example.

The hostess was great, she awaited us with coffee, helped us with the local restaurants and was all in all a good hostess. She was very welcoming. It was quite easy to find via google maps. All in all an ok stay.

The lady who welcomed us was the nicest person ever. The place itself feels like the local village life, just a few minutes away from the more touristic areas and the sea. For this price, it is absolutely a great deal.

Very hospitable hosts, who greatly helped us when just outside we had a car accident. The location is also nice, in a quiet semi-rural environment at a 20 minute walking distance from the beach of Zelenika, from which it is a 15 minute bus ride to Herceg Novi.

Dragana was an amazing host - so kind and welcoming. She welcomed us into her apartment with friendliness and also provided us with fresh fruit, juice and coffee. Communication was fast and very clear, she made us feel very comfortable. 10/10 host, I would 100% recommend to everyone .

Very outdated. Shower leaking so it floods the whole bathroom. Fridge smells very bad so impossible to keep food inside. Have seen even few cockroaches during night. Very bad for the money you are paying....

Nothing, it was a very nice stay! Would come again

It was a beautiful place, getting there by small streets in the valley right in front of massive mountains, amazing views. It was very clean in the apartment, the size was huge, very comfortable. Working tv, kitchen, bathroom, many towels and blankets, amazing kind hostess. Thank you!

Overall, it doesn’t look clean and room seems to be unfinished building wise. Bathroom is the worst place, strong bad smell, floors seem sunken so while showering the puddle appears. I personally wouldn’t put my clothes to that washing machine. Kitchen is not well-equiped (no trash can, only 1 bowl, etc). Also, the blankets on beds are a bit too small. All in all, it seems to me that this room should not be available for people to stay (room in 3rd floor).

As we could see from the photos there are better rooms than we stayed in.

Bad smell in the bathroom because I guess the bathroom needs more frequent cleaning. Water on the bathroom floor. All the furniture except the beds is quite old. But the accommodation was cheap enough too. It is all right for sleeping one night there.

Fortunately, the bed and sofa were quite new and comfortable to sleep on. The host was nice.
