We had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. The hosts were amazingly nice and helpful, they were creating a family-like atmosphere. The whole area is lovely arranged, with beautiful flowers, greens and fruits around you, a lot of different places to rest. You can have additionally home made breakfast, wine or rakija. Rooms, toilets and buildings are 10/10. We recommend it for peaceful holidays and a lovely experience!

Easy to get to, sufficient parking, beautiful views, wonderful hosts. Room was so well outfitted with options to purchase wine or Rakija (loved their local kiwi rakija), beer or snacks on the hotel patio available - so wonderful with our late arrival from the airport. Very easy drive from Dubrovnik.

Not really criticisms of the apartments, just some things to note... The nudist beach is opposite the apartments - each to their own but it does bring a certain meaning to the crack of dawn... The kitchen areas have pretty much no worktop space so best for simple meals and prep - they do have plenty of everything you need cutlery and crockery wise though. In the larger apartment with a seperate bedroom the A/C was only in the main area so the bedroom did get warm. It's about 15 mins walk to get to the start of the main strip of bars and restaurants and it's about 45 mins walk to the old town. The upside is it's quiet and easy to park, plus there is a pool. Take water shoes if you want to use the beach or steps into the bay as it's quite stoney in the area.

Very friendly and helpful staff who spoke good English. Rooms cleaned and fresh towels provided regularly. Lovely pool with loungers and mattresses. Plenty of parking available. Good breakfast if you chose to have it. The rooms have everything you need. We had a lovely stay and would absolutely return.

Great garden, nice pool, nice terrace with great shadow during hot summer day, equiped apartment with separate sleeping room, good wifi, friendly host helping to book taxi or order some deliveries. All in all, great place.

First of all - the hosts were incredible! Very nice and helpful during our entire stay. I got sick during our stay and Petra, the host, drove me personally to the medical center on several occasions, stayed with me at the medical center and made sure I was taken care of. I have never experienced such hospitality during all my travels. The apartments were very nice and everything about the place was just perfect. I would definitely go back to Obala Katic.

Everything was amazing, but the hosts were especially warm and hospitable which made everything better. The location is also great as it is very close to the city beaches and restaurants.

Booking.com advert stated price included breakfast, but upon arrival we were told that booking.com had not paid for breakfast, it was available at an extra cost to ourselves

No hook for the shower so had to hold it to wash. If you are checking in late please check they will be there to meet you especially if you do not have mobile service to call them. We arrived at 10.30pm and no one was around to check us in so we had to find another hotel for the first night. We were refunded some money but we may not have found another hotel that late. Check in details prior to visit would be helpful.

We were given an older smaller room, which in hindsight was too small for us.

Loved the quiet location, even with noise from the nightclub across the bay - it was as peaceful as I remember. The views were amazing.

Domaćinska kuća! Uživale smo u svakom trenutku, svi su vrlo ljubazni i uslužni, jako je uredno i čisto i uživo izgleda mnogo lepše nego na fotografijama. Odsedale smo na raznim mestima širom sveta, a ovde smo imale osećaj kao kući da smo došle. Nema sumnje da ćemo se vratiti i iz sveg srca preporučujemo, nećete se pokajati. Outstanding place! We have enjoyed every moment of our stay. Obala Katic is run by a lovely family, everyone is very polite and helpful, they go above and beyond to accommodate their guest's needs, place is very tidy and clean and they truly know the meaning of hospitality. Everything looks way better in person than shown on photos. We've stayed in many places all over the world, but here we had a feeling of being home. We'll definitely be back and we can't recommend this place more, you won't regret if you choose to stay here!

It would have been good to have a couple more soft pillows for the bed.

The breakfast was wonderful and set us up for the day. But the best bit was the access to the sea, sunbeds and the pool with incredible views over the bay. And a short walk away was a shop, bakery/bar etc. What a relaxing way to start our holiday.

A bit boring, repetitive breakfast, I missed good quality coffee and fruit.But I'm capricious.

Spent a wonderful week at this place with friends, Best of our four stops in montenegro. large spacious room, comfortable bathroom, good bed, thoughtful furnishings. the room has everything you need, refrigerator hair dryer. excellent pool system, near the pool there is everything you need: umbrellas, sun loungers. sun loungers can be moved throughout the hotel and even to the territory of a neighboring hotel if you want to swim not in the river, but in the sea. stunning panoramic view. all our requests were fulfilled within 10 minutes.

Nothing, everything was great.

On arrival, Tamara was very friendly and helpful to show accommodation. The place was very clean with a great swimming pool in the garden and the property had a private beach as well. Beds provided for free for the guests. I'd definitely recommend this property for a leisurely holiday, and the area was very peaceful and quiet.

You have access to the sea from the property, but in my opinion, it is not suitable for swimming. We didn't miss that at all because of the pool. There might be a nice beach near the hotel on the right side of the property, but there are fences in between, and we haven't explored much.

Usually, the apartment looks better in pictures, but in this case, it was as shown in the images or better. It was nice and clean, the Wi-Fi was good, and our apartment had more privacy, in my opinion, than some of the other rooms. The pool was also nice, and the water was clean. We could use the pool until 8:00 PM, which was fine for us because it started to get cold around that time of year. The hosts are great. We didn't talk too much with them, but they were polite and pleasant. They will not bother you with unnecessary questions and conversations, and we appreciate that. It almost felt like a hotel. All in all, it is hard to find anything better for this price.
