Luxury apartment with good views of Kotor Bay. Very clean, lovely owners. Parking in drive. Small pool good for cooling down.

the TV wasn't working which wasn't a big issue as the views are amazing. Just one day after we had walked to the old fortress and everything was aching we just wanted to relax in bed and watch a bit of TV. The bed is comfortable but the pillows are very hard which made for a few neck aches in the morning. Payment is preferred in cash in most places including the property. I only took a small amount of cash as i usually use the credit card for security reasons. the banks charge 30 euros for using them and the exchange rate is 1 euro to £1 making this about £100 pounds more than expected.

The property was spotless, the views amazing, supermarket, bakery and restaurants close by with the water front about a 3 minute walk away. The host was very helpful

We just wish we could have stayed longer!

The family who owns the place is lovely and we even got a chance to meet their adorable dog! They met us for check in and asked if we needed any help with our luggage. There was a market 5 minutes down the road and the kitchenette in the apartment included an induction stove, a refrigerator, and a sink as well as pots and pans, plates, bowls, etc. The apartment is quiet and only a short drive from both downtown Kotor and Perast. Above all, the view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking!

The pool is quite small which is a shame as it’s not a ‘swimming pool’ more for a plunge

Great location. The beach is just a 3–5 minute walk away, and shops are only 200 meters away. The room was clean and cozy. The air conditioner worked perfectly. The view from the balcony was amazing. Towels were changed daily. The hosts were very friendly. We had everything we needed and enjoyed a wonderful holiday.

Great room, great view. Very clean and well equipped. Location was great, just near the beautiful beach. Market is also just across the road. Charming little pool near the beautiful mountain. Our car ran out of battery and the owner helped us, late in the evening, the whole family was very kind and helpful. Great location, about 7 minutes drive from Kotor.

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Kotor! The host was incredibly friendly and helpful, offering great tips on what to see in the city and even recommending a fantastic boat ride. The accommodation itself was lovely, with a stunning sea view from the balcony and everything very well-maintained. The parking was convenient and spacious, which made our stay even more hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Kotor!

We came here for the view, but we were amazed by everything. First of all the hosts are very helpfull and kind. If you are travelling by car you have a secured parking so you don't have to worry about the car. The view from the propery is amaizing. The roooms are nice, comfortable and clean, although the bathroom is a little smaller you get compensation with everything else. We originally booked for one night but we stayed a bit longer because of the piece we felt there. Thank you for the comfortable stay!

We loved everything! From the location (in the middle between Kotor and Perast, 10 minutes from each) to the lovely hosts who made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The place offers parking and laundry service, and is next to a grocery store and a bakery.

Nice apartment near Kotor, but out of the crowd, with a beautiful sea view and a spectacular mountain view from the back. the rooms are comfortable and clean equipped with everything you need. The owners are wonderful people. I highly recommend it for a stay.
