The only downside of the property is that during summer heat, all those stairs are going to be unpleasant

The view from the balcony is indeee great, but there are a lot of steps, both from the street to the house, and from the house to the floor where the room is. Also the house is on a hill.

Sink in the bathroom was very small and tucked away.

The owner was exceptional and met us to get in and even carried our heavy bags for us. Location was superb!! But be prepared it is uphill!! But only 10 mins from the old town. Facilities were good and had everything you needed for a few days.

We did not like that there were only stairs going uphill towards the house complex, so we could not wheel our wheelies up, but had to carry them. The bathroom needs refurbishment for sure, but everything worked as expected.

We loved our 3 nights stay at Apartments Feniks! Very well located, in a quiet side-street. The apartment was well-sized, the layout was perfect for us 2 friends. The view is amazing, really cool. The host is super friendly too, came to pick us up at the mall, and helped us carry our stuff upstairs, as well as gave us some honey from Ostrog monastery (best honey I've ever tasted!). Highly recommend!

The apartment entrance deck is share with another permanent resident apartment and they would sit outside the door talking quite loud and there dog barks quite constantly

Great location only a short walk to both the water and old town as long as you are prepared for the up hill walk back. The view from the balcony is absolutely incredible and checking in was super easy

It was quite humid in the bathroom, and it would get soaking wet as the shower had no curtain. Humidity also would get into the room as the ventilation was not working

The bathroom is very small it's hard to get to the sink and the shower soaks everything. But it dries as it's warm. No shelf to put anything in the bathroom. The bed sheets / pillows could do with an upgrade. Quite sparse kitchen equipment, only good for very basic cooking. It was fine for a couple of nights but would not have wanted a longer stay.

Good location close to old town and seafront. Excellent host, very helpful, met us in the town to show us the way, gave us washing powder! Useful to have washing machine and drying area. Nice little private patio.

It’s quite a way up a hill at the back of the supermarket. Did not take long to walk in to Kotor. Parking is a bit tricky to squeeze in.

It’s been redecorated since the photos and looks much brighter. The cooker, fridge and washing machine were brand new. The photos cover both the apartment and the separate studio. We booked both for our group of 2 couples. Clean and tidy. The bathroom I’m the studio is very small but adequate. Host was very helpful and helped us find it and the parking space.

Nothing that l can say that l did not like.

The property has everything, including washing machine and it is clean. The location is so close to Old town and sunshine beach. The owners are kind and so helpful. I missed my bus and arrived at kotor late and the owner welcomed me in the bus station. I am trully thankful for it.

It had a kitchen which was good but the oven door was broken so couldn’t use anything other than the elements and there was no utensils to use for the pot and pan. The bathroom also had quite a rough odour possibly bad drains not to sure

Was nice and close to old town with a terrace for morning coffee. Also nice to have a tv with lots of channels to watch in the evening if you just want to relax at home.

It has a wonderful view for the whole city. The apartment is not brand new but it is very cosy and clean. The owner met me at the bus station and give me a lift to the property.

Free parking was a little risky due to the very narrow road. It did work out okay though. The apartment was very dated from photos, different furniture and the decorative finish is much older/aged than the photos. Coffee available, but no coffee maker to use it in? One set of venetian blinds did not work and could not be angled or raised.

The apartment was very worn out and not taken care of. The room was dirty, full of ants everywhere, and the bedsheets had yellow stains. The bathroom smelled very badly, and there was no shower curtain, so all the water would just come out. The air conditioning was very old and didn’t seem to be maintained - so it did not function so well. The apartment is very difficult to find as there is no clear address. The day prior to our arrival we contacted the host and asked if we could arrive a bit earlier than the check-in time, to drop off our bags. He confirmed it was fine, but when we arrived (after a steep walk up and lots of stairs), we called him three times and he did not answer. Finally a neighbour found us wandering around and called the host, who was taking a nap. The place has potential but it is not well maintained and too expensive for the quality.

The location was very close to the old town and to the beach.

Really lovely host who was flexible with my check in time when my bus was delayed. He also carried my bags up the steps for me which was hugely appreciated! The location is great, a few minutes walk into town but it is a steep walk going back to the accommodation and the property is accessed by steps.
