The air conditioning system didn't work, someone came to fix it but it still didn't work, the room was very hot and almost impossible to sleep during night. One of the bathrobes was dirty.

The room finishes was not very good. Fittings on the wall and also the cupboards was in a bad state. I hope they can fix it as it was probably the only thing we have to say was not good.

The food was very good, both breakfast and dinners was very good, tasty and big portions. The view from the room was very nice and the staff made us feel very welcome and special.

Shower was moldy and bathroom musty. There was absolutely no parking down the winding cliff streets near hotel!

Beach outside, excellent breakfast, views to die for! A bit out of the busy tourist area so not as crowded. Bed was decent.

breakwast wasn’t great. it wasn’t that clean and i don’t know why or how but in our room smell like someone smoked in there.

it was indeed close to the beach. i have to mention that they did upgrade our normal room to apartment.

The hotel could do with renovation. It is starting to get run down. The waiters could be more attentive especially during breakfast time.

Great location right by beach and accessible to other tourist attractions. We had a nice sea view room. The staff are friendly, restaurant has great pizza.

Don't book dinner B&B, there is very little choice, the staff swapped our fixed menu dinner option for a voucher of the same price, the food is great.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is fantastic, don't book dinner B&B as there is much more choice if you just do B&B. Short walk to Kamenova beach if the beach outside the Hotel is full. Highly recommended. Go for a sea-view room and enjoy the view.

Room could be a bit more spacious and drying wet stuff is a bit hard. A "do not disturb" sign for the room door is needed as the rooms were being checked daily and they come in right after knocking the door without response time.

The staff were so friendly, especially Sladjana, Milena, and Niko were super helpful. The location of the hotel, sandy beach, clean sea, sea food and breakfast were also nice. The room was clean. The taxi called from hotel was cheaper. If we come again in the future, we will definitely stay here again.

The room was very stuffy, and the air conditioner was not effective. There was some mold in the bathroom. There was no electric kettle in the room.

The hotel has a convenient location. The room had a beautiful sea view. The staff were very polite.

The one I didn't like is related to car parking. On the property's website it said that the car park was nearby and cost 8 euros for 24 hours. Instead, in the nearest car park, the cost was 1.5 euros/hour, in total, we paid 25 euros for just 16 hours of stay. I think this is not fair.

Lovely boutique type hotel . Fantastic value . Staff all lovely . On the seafront in bay next to Budva - MUCH better than staying in Budva which is very crowded . Room was very nice with balcony overlooking the sea . We had DBB . Evening dinner in the restaurant was 3 courses and delicious . Several cooked breakfast options . We parked next door in a garden for 5 euros a day . Highly recommended

1. Problem with parking space, only on the street. 2. 1 key for 4 adults. When you forget to take a key from the room after working hours, u will be sleeping on the hallway. 3. Phone to reception in the room not working. 4. Leaking roof in the restaurant

The double bed was two single mattress pushed together and wasn’t very comfortable The air conditioning generated a stale smell, I imagine that maybe the filters weren’t changed. Room is quite small Nice hotel, however more expensive than others in the area. We didn’t feel as though quality and service matched the price. The balcony and the sea view is stunning here. On arrival, we were given a room that was blocked by the restaurant on the 1st floor. However, when we asked for another room, the staff were accommodating and put us on the highest floor. The hotel has an elevator (others we stayed in around here don’t) The hotel is on a strip on restaurants which means you don’t have to take taxis to eat out in the evening. Basic gym and spa facilities No pool but the hotel has a beach where you can pay €10 for 2 beds per day We got parking right outside the hotel. The spaces are limited but there is also a carpark a short walk away

The hotel is right on the beach. However, it is a very narrow part of the beach. If you walk a few meters down, the beach gets wider and there is more breathing space. Sun chairs and umbrella to rent - as far as I could see some of the most expensive available in that area. We spent all our days where the beach was wider and was also cheaper. The hotel doesn't offer basics such as: a do not disturb sign. The cleaning lady knocked on our door every single day around 9 am and opened the door immediately without waiting for a reply. There is music being played quite loudly in the corridors during the day, until 22h00. One can easily hear it from the room and I personally found it very annoying. No safe available in the room.

The bed was rather comfortable. Good location for the beach. The staff at the reception was helpful when we had questions.
