    The view

Parking is right on the main road, making it very dangerous – cars speed by and you have to reverse out blindly. The hotel itself is old and run-down, spread across five floors with no elevator, so it’s not suitable for elderly guests, families with children, or anyone with mobility issues. Breakfast was decent but served as a portion (not buffet), with terrible coffee and only one low-quality juice besides water. Staff are friendly but disorganized, often forgetting orders, and service speed is inconsistent. Our first room smelled strongly of sewage and had no Wi-Fi. After complaining, we were moved to a better room the next day, but it still had major issues: leaking shower, dirty air conditioner, stained walls, broken balcony, and very noisy fridge and boiler. The biggest downside is the access to the beach – more than 200 steep, dirty steps filled with trash, with about 100m of elevation difference. Overall, the hotel is clearly neglected and in urgent need of renovation.

Clean, beautiful hotel and room. Friendly staff who allowed us to check in early with a short wait for our room. Comfortable beds. Many steps to the beach but worth it for the view.

The breakfast could be improved with more kitchen staff

Great view and good location. Rooms were large and clean. Staff was polite and welcoming.

Needs a general renovation, it has definitely seen better days. Photos do not reflect the current state of the hotel.

Spectacular view from the top floor restaurant. Staff has been nice and welcoming. Rooms very spacious and quiet during the night.

No elevator and lots of stairs. The hotel is worn out and really needs restoration. Breakfast is on order and service is very slow. Sveti Stefan is closed for public.

beach is close, but you need to go a lot of stairs, personal stuff is kind, but there were a bit confusions in ordering breakfasts (you order breakfasts in the morning from menu and it happened sometimes that they brought meals which were not ordered, but if you tell them they will kindly redo it), rooms were cleaned every day!!! handles at the doors were broken so sometimes you goy stuck in the room :) (using doors was a bit of adventure :D), we were in the lower-floor rooms so we could see only small part of the see compared to what the photos at the booking promise, there are a lot of stairs also in the hotel, so i think it is not suitable for older people, beds were big and comfortable, both rooms included balcony, the dining room provides beautiful view on the island Sveti Stefan, there is market close to the hotel, tgere was a fridge and kettle in the room, cups and glasses, but no tea spoons

The photos on the booking.com of the accommodation was misleading. The actual room were tired and poor standard.

It is indeed close to the beach, the views from the terrace and balcony are amazing, and the apartment it was pretty big and very nice.

We had some small issues with our apartment, but I can say that the manager was very nice and in the end we were very pleased with the solution we’ve figured out.

Wonderful location with a stunning view. Every evening you can enjoy magical sunsets from your terrace or hotel’s restaurant. Very good breakfast, which you can choose individually from the provided menu. Helpfull staff and especially thanks to the two housekeepers who were very kind and attentitive.

There are 262 steps from the hotel to the beach. Keep in mind if you have mobility issues.

    Good view to the sea

Without elevator and many stairs. The pictures doesn’t correspond completely to the reality. It looks better in photos. The breakfast is “a la cart”

    Great location

The room was small and not like the pictures on booking.com There was some rubbish left inside the room from previous occupants Having said that the staff were absolutely wonderful so that made up for our initial disappointment.

Service during breakfast could be a lot better. Very slow and didn't seem to want to work. Otherwise pretty good experience.

The room was new and spacious

You have to constantly go up and down stairs when going to the bathroom, entering the hotel, accessing the rooms, or going to the sea, as there is no elevator. It was very difficult with a stroller. The breakfast is not a buffet, there are few options, and there is a staff member who takes orders while constantly sighing. Also, our family booked 4 different rooms, and in none of them did we have the view shown in the photos; all we had was a view of the road. In two of the rooms, the bathrooms were out of order.

Beautiful views over the water. Nice breakfast.

The coffee wasn’t very nice at breakfast from the machine. Good to be aware they don’t have an elevator, so there’s a lot of stairs too and from the beach and breakfast ect.
