The first time was absolutely flawless: the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was plentiful and continuously replenished, even towards the end of service. In the evening, the sommelier recommended wonderful wines to pair with our dinner, and the massages were excellent, simply perfect in every way.
During my second stay, a few minor obstacles came up, but the way the female manager handled the situation was nothing short of phenomenal. She acted swiftly, efficiently, and with great care. I am truly grateful for her professionalism and kindness. Even after I had already checked out and realized I had forgotten my laptop, she went above and beyond to support me and made sure everything was taken care of.
