Property located in very good place in Chisinau city center. Hotel was really cozy and clean (rooms were cleaned daily). They offered great brekfast. Staff was friendly. I highly recommend the hotel

It was absolutely perfect

Beautiful boutique hotel just a short walk from the city centre. Friendly staff. Very modern bedroom with fantastic shower. Tea and coffee making facilities. Small balcony overlooking the street.....great for sitting out in the warm evenings. No noise from street exceot the quiet whirring of the trolleybuses. Good choice of hot and cold food for breakfast. Hotel us just 5 minutes walk from the airport trolley bus stop (only 6 lei...approx 26p).

You can feel that they thought about people when designing the hotel (iron in the room, wireless charging near the bed, the ability to ask for what you need for personal hygiene and so on) There was very comfortable to stay because everything has been thought out to the smallest detail This hotel exceeded our expectations

It doesn't offer a hotel experience, certainly not with the 4 stars level, only for one reason, it's an extremly tiny hotel, it feels more like a motel or a B&B, it doesn't have a lounge area, I was told there's an in-house restaurant for food, it turned out to be an external restaurant, perhaps renting the place, and offers fine dining, it's not a daily dinner restaurant place for every day dinner, I wanted to have a quick lunch and ended up ordering 1 starter course which cost me 15 euros which was 3 bites, I was frustrated as i called the hotel before arriving to see if i have lunch in town where i was or if the hotel offers food menue. my expectation was a room service menue or at least in-house kitchen, I wasn't explained that it's a fine dining and that i have to physically go to the restaurant which is almost outside the building. THE 4 STAR HOTEL DOESN'T offer a laundry service!! they show you the room where the washing machine is with a separate tumble dryer WHICH WAS FULL AND BUSY ALL THE TIME!! A HOSTLE TYPE OF FEEELING! I ASKED IF I CAN PAY THE CLEANER TO DO IT THEY SAID YES BUT THEN SAID IT'S BUSY AND LOOKS LIKE IT WILL BE FOR THE NEXT FEW HOURS. I AM IN THE HOTEL FOR 1 NIGHT I AM NOT GOING TO STICK TO THE WASHING MACHINE FOR 2 HOURS TO WASH THEN ANOTHER 2 HOURS FOR THE DRYER, I BOOKED A 4 STAR HOTEL BECAUSE I THOUGHT I WILL KNOW ALL I NEED CAN BE TAKEN CARE OF WHILE I FOCUS AT WORK, ESPECIALLY MY PLAN WAS TO BE THERE FOR 1 NIGHT 2 DAYS.

Staff are lovely, they upgraded my room for freeee and wrote me a nice card.

The room is quite simple. There was no Netflix, the TV wasn't smart.

The hotel is on a quiet street, very close to a large park and the main street. The breakfast was sufficient and fresh, with a coffee machine, salomon and more. There is a small gym. The staff was smiling and helpful when needed

Parts of the reception area where closed off maybe until summer, though was 27 degrees when we were there, but the closure/screening didn't look great on arrival.

Great location. Close to bars and restaurants and bus stop outside. Nice breakfast room and good sized rooms. Good on site restaurant underneath the hotel also.

Nothing- it was perfect!

The property is really gorgeous. It’s a lovely building with all the modern amenities you’d expect. There’s a lovely restaurant underneath, and the location is in close proximity to the downtown area. I could walk to everywhere I wanted to go in 15 minutes or less (and for most of it, much much less).

No any soundproofing of rooms at all, I could hear my neighbor speaking on a phone and replying voice from his phone.... The rest was very good.
