Incredibly clean, I agree with all the reviews that say this. Had the room right next to reception which lacks the view but honestly it was so quiet and big that I can’t complain - everything in good and working order. Staff were nice and I got to enjoy the pool to myself. Breakfasts were incredibly hearty, it was almost hard to eat them at some point given that I was full from digesting all the amazing Moldovan food I was having elsewhere!

The bed is not so cozy - to soft and it’s easy to fall out of the bed if you move closer to the side.. One of the guys at the reception behaved not friendly. For me and my teen-age daughter it was a great challenge to take big suitcases up the stairs and I was said “there is no person to help”…Well..if there are stairs without a ramp to move up with heavy luggage, the hotel should have thought about “a special person” to help women with it.. Thanks to another receptionist on our way home, we were helped with our luggage.

Beautiful building and classical style hotel. Bright and clean. There is a great restaurant near it- really tasty and fancy.

All was good.

The room was large and really clean , kettle , fridge etc in room which was great. It’s about a 15 minute walk away from the centre but has a supermarket very near and a good restaurant practically next door. Breakfasts are ordered from a menu and very good. It has a SPA that you pay separately for but it really is worth it as you get the whole place to yourself !!! It was brilliant. Staff efficient

Not much character or original features. About 1.5km walk to the central attractions. 10 Euro charge to use wet facilities.

Smart decoration and uplift to hotel. Friendly and helpful reception desk. Multi-variety, filling and freshly cooked breakfasts. Standard of cleanliness excellent with good standard of housekeeping during stay.

Breakfast starts at 8 am, which is a bit late if you plan to start your business day at early morning. the other thing is absence of a el socket close to the working desk for plugging notebook

Price comparing with other same quality hotels in Europe is too high. And they asked additional money for SPA on top.

Location was good. Area is quiet. You can get to central street by walking. Hotel is nice, room was good. Nice SPA area with pool and saunas. Helpful and friendly staff. Very quiet hotel, probably because there was not too many visitors at that time. Breakfast was simple and with no many options, but good and tasty.

Very tidy and clean hotel. Very kind staff, perfectly speaking English. Great breakfast. Warm and welcoming rooms. Comfortable bed. Availability of SPA on request. Super quiet position in the city, yet very close to the main center and services around such as cafes and supermarkets. Super recommended, I will definitely return.

the bathroom window kind of let the cold in and there was no way to heat the bathroom. another thing I was surprised about was the breakfast. they have different menus that you can choose from and they are really tasty however you only have one cup of coffee included and every extra cup costs money. something to get used to..

New mattresses are way overdue. I stayed in few rooms and it's the same in both rooms.

All together this is for sure a great boutique style hotel. Excellent breakfast, clean place and nice staff. Location is perfect.
