The receptionist isn't a good first impression for the place; she's poorly presented and has no good attitude either. I arrived at the hotel, tired, looking for a room, and all she could say was, "Sorry, there are no rooms." I had to sit in the lobby and book online to get a room.

A beautifully designed hotel with cozy and comfortable rooms and exceptional restaurant service. Perfect stay for connecting flights to the airport.

-Too few amenities (only 2 tea bags and sugar...) -Just on the edge of being overpriced

-Very close to the airport, besides it does't seem to be walkable due to the cars (even more at night), it takes not more than 5-10 mins by a taxi. -Superb staff and receptionists! 3 minutes check-in! -The room has a good comfort level -Comfortable bed -So clean! -Nice decoration (I love tennis! :D) -Very good, quality bathroom and shower

Mind that at the airport are not always taxi's and if there are you can pay cash only. There are cashmachines at the airport (use the one at the right side). Fare to the hotel is about 200 leu. You can also go by bus, nr 30 or 33, they stop often at the airport.

The modern hotel is close to the airport and a Flixbus location. The people working at the hotel are very nice and helpful.

Missing an ATM machine. If you want to order a taxi, you must have local currency or euros. Breakfast buffet should have more items to choose from.

Unfortunately, several serious issues spoiled our stay. We arrived close to midnight, and although the shower was brand new, the drain was completely clogged. Water overflowed and spread across the bathroom floor, making it completely impossible to use the shower. The next morning, we came to breakfast 20 minutes before closing time, and almost no food was left: no cheese, only one or two slices of cold cuts, and very limited other options. This shows a clear problem with management. We recommend that the hotel owners or the brand representatives take these issues seriously, as they negatively affect the guest experience in an otherwise promising hotel.

We stayed at IBIS HOTEL IBIS STYLE in Chisinau and were impressed by many aspects of the hotel. It is modern, bright, spacious, with stylish lobbies and contemporary design. Everything feels new and well-maintained, including the furniture, elevator, and bathroom fixtures. The rooms are comfortable, and the hotel is located in a quiet area close to the airport, which is convenient for travelers. Overall, the hotel has great visual appeal and comfort. It clearly has strong potential to become one of the best places to stay in Chisinau.
