There was no hot water, thankfully we didn’t need to wash our hair, because thst would have been impossible. The breakfast was not great at all, it was rather disappointing, given how good the restaurant was when we ate there in the evenings. Also we were locked out of the hotel one evening and could not get in until someone brought a key, which was like having a curfew at 11pm, it left us with a very weird feeling. Oh, and the pillows are uncomfortable.

Loved the decor of the hotel and the room was very pretty as well, and very clean. The restaurant downstairs is excellent and they have amazing Georgian wine. There’s also parking as a bonus.

There is not a great selection for breakfast menu and food is a little over priced for what you get. The girls, and I mean all of them who serve you are very straight faced and never smiled even if you did. When we said thank you for the food or any other service, they just blanked us and walked away. Hospitality is everything.

Very clean- I’m really fussy in regards to cleanliness but honestly rooms were spotless! The ladies who clean were very polite. The young man at the reception who wears glasses was super nice and very helpful.

Nothing, we had a great stay. If we come to Chisinau again I would stay here.

Really lovely rooms, looks like it's been recently renovated. Great location, you can easily walk to locations in the city centre. There is a nice terrace to sit at outside. The restaurant underneath the hotel is very good too. Breakfast was good. There is also a cute cat!

It is well located, very close to all turistic objectives, în a quiet area, very clean hotel, confortable matress and pillows, good breakfast, varied one, with delicious coffee. The hotel had one of The Best georgian restaurant from Chisinau, but even if The restaurant was crowded în the room there was no kind of noise coming from restaurant! În the back of hotel there is a dedicated but small parking area for 6 cars. But keep în mind that there are plenty parkinson plăcea all over Chisinau Free of charge. We were very happy chosing Plai hotel. We will come back!

Sound insulation was poor and I had noisy neighbours.

Nice room with everything you need, great shower. Lively restaurant downstairs with great food and service. Short walk to town centre, coffee shops, restaurants. Staff were helpful.

Really nice decor, lovely helpful staff, comfy bed and spacious room. great breakfast, the restaurant within is also AMAZING, legitimately one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Location is great too, situated on a nice long boulevard walk.

Perfect location, lovely designed, very nice modern room with beautiful lights and comfortable bad. Sweet and helpful staff. Also we liked your Georgian restaurant. Will stay again when travel through Chisinau in the future.

Great surprise in Chisinau. Stylish, modern, freshly built place. All nessesary and needed things were in the room, incl. mini-bar, well equipped bathroom, nice bed, etc. Perfect location! My best recommendations

Don't expect full English breakfast or English breakfast tea. This is not a complaint though. After all, it is Moldova and it is nice to see local foods.

Very friendly staff who were happy to speak English. Lovely modern room - slept reaaly well. Purified water in the room was appreciated. Great location near the centre and on a lovely boulevard. Lovely conservatory for breakfast with plenty to eat and Georgian restaurant is very good.
