Good location, away from very busy crowds of Monaco central, but still 10mins walk from the central Monaco. The staff who is responsible for cars, handled my car really well, parking, loading the luggage… superb job!

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we absolutely enjoyed our stay. The staff are incredibly helpful and genuinely kind. We had a lovely room facing the rose gardens and it was very peaceful, considering that it was the most intense time possible to be in Monaco.

This hotel was lovely, agree with other reviews, felt more like 4 star, attentive staff, rooms were lovely, walking distance to casino, port, etc. On a couple of evenings we dined late and no taxis were available and concierge kindly brought us to the venues 😀. Breakfast variety was plentiful, an excellent stay in a reasonably priced hotel.

We absolutely loved everything about this hotel we have stayed before about 20yrs ago and we were just hoping it was as good as we remembered, it was better and the most helpful staff we have ever come across, the bed is the most comfortable we have had in a hotel, beautiful hotel in a beautiful place

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view from the window. The staff were friendly, smiling, and very helpful - they gave us a complimentary upgrade to a better room, which was a lovely surprise. Everything was polite, professional, and pleasant. A tad dated and some rugs looked tired and worn

I requested a change in dates checking in the 18th July and out the 20th of July. Payment made for the 20th was not reassigned to the 19th. Instead, I had to pay for my stay on the 19th, though I was checking out on the 20th. I did not cancell I just changed dates. I humbly request a refund for the night of the 20th of July.

The fact that there was no room compendium, only QR codes which were a pain. The balcony door didn’t have an external handle making it difficult to return inside. No face cloth with the bathroom linen (it’s good to have a black face cloth for women removing their makeup). The drawer holding the coffee machine and crockery wouldn’t stay open which was frustrating. Suggestion: A set of weighing scales held with the concierge would be helpful.

I requested a change in my booking, but ended up paying because the money was not transferred to the new date. This was not a cancelation, but just a change in dates. I humbly request a refund.

I loved the hotel even though: I wanted to change my booking from 20 July to 19th July. The booking was changed, but the hotel was not notified by Booking.com that the payment for the 20th should be rassigned to the booking of the 19th July. I really would appreciate a refund.

There is some problem between the staff, lack of coordination maybe, I paid for the dog on our arrival and was promised a dog kit which they didn’t provide, the next day another receptionist was surprised that we have a dog, and while checking out they wanted me to pay for the stay although I did it upon arrival. It’s not a big deal but still a bit annoying that you need to explain yourself twice in a hotel of this kind.

The staff went over and above to assist us, we arrived early for check-in and asked to store our bags, they were in fact able to move rooms around and let us have access straight away! staff were all polite, and everyone went out of their way to help us - including giving us a lift to the station when we hadn't booked one!

Price is pretty high, but this is probably anyway what to expect from Monaco.

Location close to football stadium and also close to the city center. The view above the wonderful garden. Breakfast was very good and not too expensive. The valet parking is really convenient.
