Good position with parking outside, I was allowed to park my motorcycle inside the entrance. Staff all very pleasant and helpful.

Room very basic, lighting poor, bathroom lit by a single spot lamp, too dark to shave. No bedside lamp reading impossible. Breakfast not the best.

The hotel was a lovely Riad-styled building with a modern entrance. It appealed to me because it is my kind of aesthetic. The room itself was reasonably sized, with good cupboard space to take your stuff out of sight, and a good cooler and heater on the wall, which was a great feature of the room. It's location also was good if you want to be close to the old medina, but lots of going up and down hill, so make sure you wear the right shoes.

The breakfast was reasonably basic compared to the other experiences I have had at other guest houses and hotels in the country. It's not a deal breaker, but that is just my opinion. The shower was very cold, but apparently, according to the staff, the boiler kicks in at about 14:00, so best to take one after that time. If you have any toiletries, bring them. The soap and shower gel, which, even if they were complimentary, were out of date and smelt off. Also, for my room, I'm not sure if the bathroom was cleaned, but there was water all over the floor, and the mat next to the sink was wet.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful and responded to shortcomings quickly and willingly. Much appreciated.

The room lighting was too low to enable reading though we were given bedside lamps when requested. Bathroom too, very dark indeed. Wall safe was broken. Plenty of dust under the beds and behind bedside tables, but bathroom clean. Room not serviced during our two-night stay.

We liked the location a little above the town so more quiet but only 8mn on foot from the Medina. Excellent breakfast. Super welcoming staff. Street parking outside the hotel.

    Everything was fine
