In our booking, we were specific that we have two kids. One of the sofas was extremely short for a kid of 6-7 years. We also had to ask for pillows and cover for the kids. The power to the suite uses a special key that is attached to the main key. When you leave the room, you should take out the key with you, so you can't leave a PC/Tablet charging. We asked for a spare explaining the need for power, but the receptionist said they don't have.

The breakfast was rich. Although a menu based, but a lot to chose from.The holel is nice in style, with a suite composed of a main room and a small reception with sofas and a TV.

The location was good for being in the middle of town , we had restaurants , shops , a Carrefour supermarket , all in walking distance . The view from our room was of a busy round a bout so we saw all the action but it was not noisy. We could walk to the beach for a swim .

PARKING was terrible, when asked about it from the staff answer was more like “ask him” when pointing to a person who took us to our room and only spoke Arabic. Small tv, very hard bed. Bathroom smelled 50% of the time, had to make sure to open the window in the bathroom and close the bathroom door when leaving the room, otherwise when you get back the whole room smells like the sewer. Worst of all, the hotel breakfast served TAP WATER without us knowing, if you’re not a local, your stomach can’t handle that…

Location and air conditioner in the room. Lots of space in the room. Big bed. They let us borrow the iron to iron our shirts. The cleaning lady was top tier amazing, helpful and lovely (without even having a language in common).

One thing that I didn't particularly like was the automatic lighting outside the hotel. The lights took some time to turn on, which caused a bit of inconvenience, especially when returning to the hotel at night. It would have been more convenient if the lighting system responded faster to ensure a well-lit pathway for guests.
