Poor wifi. Difficult connecting in room

Quiet location but central. Big spacious room with authentic decorations. Comfy bed and pedestal fan. Nice bathroom a few metres away. Hot water and toiletries. Everything was clean. Nice terraces

Just like many old houses in the medina, there is no air conditioning, which can be a bit uncomfortable during hot days — it would be a great improvement if added.

I spent one night at Riad Soul of Tétouan and it was a pleasant stay. The location is very central, right in the heart of the old medina, which makes it easy to explore the city on foot. The riad has a traditional Moroccan style and a nice atmosphere. The staff were kind and helpful, and made me feel welcome.

A small suggestion: A table or hooks in bathroom for things while showering/ washing up would be helpful :)

Lotfe is the best! He went over and above to make sure I was comfortable and knew about the city. He is a gem! If he ever visits the USA, I will host him and return the favor. I will recommend your riad to friends near and far. Thank you for a lovely stay. I will be back.

Big thanks to Lofti, he made my stay unforgettable. This lovely riad is actually owned by a guy from New Zealand. Lots of tiling and plaster work, very traditional. Tucked up inside medina side alley. You will see real medina life here. Tetouan remains the real deal. Spent 3 nights in different rooms.

I highly recommend this place. We traveled as two women and were truly impressed by the warm welcome from the person in charge of the hostel. He gave us several tips about local taxis, recommended a great restaurant, and was very helpful with everything. He also speaks many languages, including English, Spanish, French, and the local language. The hostel is very well located, inside the medina and very close to several tourist attractions. The room and bathrooms were very clean, with towels, shampoo, and soap available. In the morning, he kindly offered us tea and a delicious pancake, which was not included in the reservation.

The only thing to keep in mind is that the riad can be pretty cool inside due to all of the tile. Very typical for riads, but would just recommend packing some extra layers if you're coming anytime other than summer.

I had a really, really amazing stay at Riad Soul of Tetouan. What made my stay over the top was the wonderful manager of the property, Mr. Lotfi. He showed me incredible kindness: from upgrading my room, taking me on a tour of the medina, and making me a delicious dinner. I have never experienced this kind of hospitality at any accommodation! The riad itself is very beautiful. It was clean, spacious, and quiet.

Spacious beautiful surroundings. Mr Lofty went out of his way to help us. We had problems with our internet provider, and he took us to where we could purchase a sim card on a Sunday. He organised with a taxi driver where to take us. We are very grateful 🙏

The beds weren’t quite comfortable and the rooms have no windows to the outside so a bit humid. The bathroom floods up when showering. But all in all is a good value for money and the staff is super hospitable, just being picky.

It’s a very nice Riad and the location is in the medina. The staff is very polite and helpful. Lotfi accommodate us even in bigger room. I definitely recommend this Riad and would stay here if I visit the city again.
