All the sheets were Polyester. Wifi was slow.

A very kind family, providing Mint Tea and Mmsmen was very. thoughtful. The beds were comfy, the Riad is in a perfect location. Highly recommend.

I didn't realise we were in the middle of the Medina. It was difficult to find my way around inside of it.

The neighbours outside the riad are very loud untill 2 am. I had to keep the window closed because of this. It was too hot and uncomfortable with everything closed. Very annoying and the reason I didn't stay longer. It's possible not all rooms have this problem, but both the rooms where I stayed, had the noise problem from these neighbours.

Badr and his mother are very kind and welcoming. The riad is clean and nicely decorated.

Bit difficult to find but a local person helped us find. The only small thing was the window right in front of bed! either you have to sacrifice privacy or ventilation! Parked our at underground parking 5-10 minutes walk from Riad near center! in 60 MAD for 24 hours!

The cleanliness, the owner, the location (dead center) and owners welcoming style. The room was also great! The toilet was clean! stayed only for 1 night! Had breakfast on a rooftop of a sister riad operated by his father for 30 MAD/person! Which was nice!

This riad is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm. The hosts were incredibly kind and welcoming, making us feel at home right away. Our room was spotless, the bed very comfortable, and the atmosphere warm and relaxing. Located in the heart of the Medina, it’s perfect for exploring the city. Highly recommended! 💎

NOTHING TO DISLIKE

From the initial communication to the minute I left, I felt like a very welcomed member of the family not a guest! The son and mother team - Bader and Zora are amazing! They genuinely care that you are taken care of, feel at home, and have all you need. They go above and beyond to look after you and it was so appreciated. The riad is lovely, the place has thoughtful touches - room heater, hair dryer, rugs on the floor, side lamps for tables, it's the little things that make all the difference. Towels were spotless and fluffy, bedding pristine and when I got lost/locked out - they just help with a big smile on their faces. I cannot recommened this riad and the family enough. Take breakfast at the fathers riad a few minutes away - he is just as lovely as his son and wife! The views from the breakfast area are incredible, the breakfast excellent value and the wifi strong enough for me to use for my work. Thanks for letting me do so! It is incredibly hard to find. I wish they would just bank on meeting tourists at the nearest Medina gate. I feel like this place used to be good and then they just sort of gave up. The walls are thin and the upstairs rooms are almost too hot in August. The fan can only do so much since there are no windows. My biggest gripe is that it’s probably the most expensive room of my trip but with the fewest perks: no ac, WiFi, or breakfast but over $40. Maybe this is simply testament to the fact that Tetuaon isn’t really a tourist town.

Accommodation not findable by gps. 2h driving around and asking people but didnt found it! Used Google maps, waze. Apple maps. Everything. Ended booking an other hotel
