I liked the view from the rooftop and the decoration of the whole riad. And I also liked breakfast, it was healthy and served in traditional plates.

The room and the bathroom were quite small. But we were aware of it, since it's mentioned in the description when booking the hotel.

Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast, the place has a beautiful terrace, recommended.

As a group of women, we felt unsafe having to leave our room key every time we left the room. In addition, the main door is always closed and they say someone from reception is always there but it happened more than once that they weren’t and we were left waiting outside for a bit. Also, being at ground floor you hear absolutely everything, the doorbell and people on the street. The bathroom structure is horrible.

The location is great, within the Medina and walking distance from center and markets. Terracw with great view.

There were many steep stairs, also to reach the breakfast. The room was quite small, even if comfortable.

The position of the Riad was perfect to visit the city. The breakfast was quite good and the bed comfortable.

The only thing was a damp sewage odour in the bathroom, but this is seemingly very common in Morocco. Also be aware this is a riad and as such can be noisy for many. The problem is easily solved by bringing earplugs, but if you're a particularly sensitive sleeper you may find the environment a bit loud.

Spotless clean place, you can see the staff tirelessly taking care of keeping the place spick&span and everything smells fresh, from the communal areas to the bedroom sheets and blankets. The breakfast was plentiful and lavish with fresh and tasty ingredients, and the staff helpful. I especially enjoyed the sizeable room (although it has to be mentioned we were two in a triple room - however I think it would have been spacious enough for 3). The double bed was particularly large and incredibly comfortable, with power sockets either side of it. The toilet was also very roomy and equipped with big bottles of soap and shampoo, which I thought was a nice touch compared to many places skimping on this type of products by only providing sachets. Location was also really handy, bang in the Medina but easy enough to find thanks to proximity to one of the main gates; and the staff goes the extra mile by providing directions beforehand.

We were a family of 6, and we got a a room with 6 beds, the room was tiny. I guess it's traditional? Of North African origin I can't say it is.

Good service, nice personal, clean, and inside the old city

The restaurant on the terrace was not advertised at all and it was only by chance that we found out that there was one. The meal sizes were very generous but unfortunately there a strong pervading taste of the oil used in the cooking.

All the staff were very friendly but Muha on reception was exceptional. Apart from being a very interesting person, he was especially helpful in terms of pointing us in the right direction for buying train tickets from Tangier to Casablanca.

In the message sent beforehand would have appreciated some information about how to park close to Bab Okla (easy when you know how and where!). We phoned property’s numbers as indicated but no reply as we weren’t using WA (not specified).

The whole place was decorated in a lovely authentic Moroccan style with good taste. The room was pperfect. Friendly welcome from staff and mint tea offered by Moha in the terrace - a thoughtful touch. Located in the Medina quite close to Bab Okla. Information sent beforehand via Booking regarding location with map. Good breakfast included

No real complaints, but just for reference 2 mint teas in the medina costs 8-14Dh and 2 mint teas in the riad is 40Dh. Also would be nice if the riad added some sort of automatic air freshener in the bathroom to counteract the musty drain smell, but this is common all throughout the medina.

-located right in the medina, great terrace view -friendly and helpful staff -the free tour offered was really interesting and highlights great areas of the medina and outside

Our room was located on the ground floor, just behind the reception and the main entrance. Not specified in nowhere, otherwise I would not have booked that one. You can hear all the noise. The bathroom was really small with a really low ceiling and uncomfortable shower.

Good location in the heart of the medina, walking distance to all the main attractions. Nice decoration and beautiful views from the rooftop terrace. Nice moroccan breakfast.
