We were on the ground floor, so lacked natural light. It could be considered a plus, as it was 36 degrees.

The location…it’s in the heart of the medina, so you get an authentic vibe of the city. The riad itself is beautiful and maintained its old world charm. Breakfast on the terrace was lovely, with a view of the sea. The hosts were friendly, cheerful and always ready to help.

A bit confusing to find the Riad- take only light luggage through the Medina.

We liked being in the Medina. It was exactly how we envisioned a Riad. And the staff made us feel at home. 100% for the owner who arranged a trip for us.

Lack of air conditioner in bedroom. Shower needed some plumbing improvements with taps and drainage.

The only 2 bed comments I have to make is that our bathroom smelled really bad so that we had to leave the door open to even be able to go in. Our door to the room didn’t really lock I mean the gab in between as so big that locking it was really just for the sake of it.

The room very decent. Very Average. Not the best of the beds. Its great if you are spending the days outside and mostly come to the room to crash. Good for 2 - 3 days. We had a situation where we couldn't get to the hotel in time for check-out. And the sweet lady that works there packed our bags neatly for us. So we are thankful for that.

Just the stairs are too tiny because the building doesn’t have a lift. also room has electric oil heating but doesn’t heat the room enough.

no mirror in the room only very small mirror in the bathroom.

location is great, but alot of walking and not great if you have too many bags. You will need to familiarize yourself with the route to find your way back. It is right in the thick of things. Great food and shopping on your doorstep. Rooms are authentic. Nothing fancy in the room but has everything you need. My room had an ensuite , some rooms had a separate bathroom , which was not in your room

Wifi can be spotty depending where in the riad you are. Otherwise great connection.

The riad is absolutely beautiful! Center of all the action in the medina. Hosts were welcoming and place was clean/gets cleaned daily. Wifi is good depending where in the riad you are. Breakfast on the rooftop was lovely. Do note that while the bathroom private, it is not ensuite (not connected to your room).

if ur sleep is light, it can get disturbed easily because of the noise.

The location is inside the medina. a bit difficult to get to it at 1st but then you will get used to it. the people were friendly and nice. They arranged the pick up from the airport. breakfast was ok.

The only thing i would say its that its a little bit loud, the doors make really big squeaky noises and that can wake you up in the middle of the night

The staff was so kind and flexible. They would arrange taxis for us whenever we needed them. They gave us the typical moroccan breakfast everyday and even let us eat couscous in the terrace. It has beautiful views upstairs. Gills and Fatima were so kind to us and so willing to help.

Great Riad in the old Medina, with beautiful terrace for breakfast / relaxing. We enjoyed our stay a lot, the staff were very helpful, especially with organising the airport transfer.

I loved this Riad, it was a perfect little oasis, cool, calm and quiet. There was little birds living in the inner court yard of the Riad, they were free to leave but they seemed to like enjoy it there. I really liked the two cheerful cleaning ladies who gave me coffee in the mornings. I really liked the room, the old fashioned brass bed and nice fabrics on the bed, it had everything I needed. I really was captivated by how the Riad looked, the beautiful marble floor in the inner yard, the intricate mosaics, the beautifully painted tiles, the ornate woodwork and all the original features like the doors and the windows. The furniture was perfect suited to the surrounding. The roof terrace is the pièce de résistance, an absolutely stunning view over the bay of Tangier at night and I had it all to myself...beautiful!
