My stay was absolutely wonderful. The atmosphere, location, and staff were excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. The room was exceptionally clean and very comfortable, which made the experience even better. I truly appreciated the warm hospitality and attention to detail. I will definitely come back again and highly recommend this hotel.

It is located in the middle of the old city. The Riad is very beautiful with an incredible view from the rooftop. The breakfast is very good and complete. We really appreciated the fact that the receptionist picked us up to guide us to the Riad. I recommend this place if you’re looking for a stay in Chefchaouen.

At first, we were unhappy that we have to climb further up after the staffs welcomed us at the meeting point, but everything else changed the moment we stepped into the property. It was all worth it.

I dunno where to begin, everything was exceptional! Allow to begin with the most important one - the staffs Abdou and Amjad. From the night before we arrived, they have been checking on us, updating and etc. we arrived and they we with us at every step, literally, because to get to the hotel is by climbing the steps 😂 Helpful, always sharing about everything, places to visit, local food, you name it. Location is perfect, you just need to brace yourself to walk/climb the stairs, but thats how to explore and experience Chaoen! Property is relatively new, so all is good. Foooooos, we had the best here and its gonna be difficult for others to compete! The bar is set high mow 🤩 All in all, we are extremely happy and will recommend everyone to stay here. Thank you for giving us the best experience.

Moving sidewalks and escalators!!

Notwithstanding the walking this is a gem of a place with such amazing and helpful staff that it makes you want to stay here forever ❤️ The decor is chic, the ambiance have the Moroccan vibe, rooms were clean and washrooms were acceptable. The breakfast was amazing 👏 especially since it came with a view..!!

This is a gem of a place I would say. Loved every corner of their space and the staffs are so friendly. Ajmad was our point of contact when we arrived at the airport, he was very friendly and helpful with all our needs❤️would love to come back again to them. The property is very spacious and well maintained.

My stay at the hotel exceeded all expectations. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and the breakfast each morning was excellent—fresh, delicious, and satisfying. The view from the hotel was absolutely breathtaking, like something out of a postcard. A special thanks to Amjad at reception, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He picked us up from our car, helped with our luggage, and was always available whenever we needed assistance. His attentiveness and kindness really made a difference. I would definitely return to this hotel and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing experience.

Perfect location in the Medina. Room was very comfortable and clean. Omar (front desk) is great. Help us take our luggage to a taxi and spoke to driver to make sure the fare was set prior to our departure.

Wish there was AC but it wasn't too hot.

The staff were amazing! Very welcoming and helpful. The location was great. The breakfast was huge! My son said it was the best breakfast he had in Morocco. We loved Chef and it was our first place we stayed in Morocco. The Riad helped us with a private driver from Tangier Med to Chef and then again to Fez. This was SO helpful for me as I was having a hard time finding a driver. They were helpful in every way.

As other reviewers have mentioned, breakfast time is a bit chaotic and needs a bit of fine-tuning. They seem to let people smoke where breakfast is served, which, depending on your sensibilities might be upsetting. Because it’s in the Medina, it’s tricky to get to - a host will come find you if you book privately and take you up when you arrive. When I say “up,” it’s a bit of a climb. Certainly not one you’d want to do if you had mobility issues or very large suitcases.

Beautiful, very fresh riad. (So fresh that some parts are still a work in progress - not that this affected the stay in any way.). Staff are lovely. It’s right in the heart of the medina, but surprisingly quiet. Air conditioning works a treat in the hot summer.

This property is cozy and beautifully designed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The owners clearly put a lot of care into creating a space that feels both warm and welcoming. We felt completely safe and secure throughout our stay, and Omars service was truly exceptional — attentive, kind, and professional.
