We loved everything about this Riad! Perfect location, wonderful staff/host, excellent hospitality, extremely comfortable beds, perfect location, cooling and lovely air conditioning, fantastic breakfast, the list goes on. The Riad was absolutely excellent value for money! (Having paid ten times the price in casablanca (for dodgy air conditioning that didn't work and no breakfast included) and 5 times the price in Rabat (for a nice Riad but without air conditioning and in a very noisy spot) we really appreciate how perfect, good value, quiet, comfortable and generally fantastic this place is. Thank you for a perfect stay!!! We absolutely 1000% recommend Riad Lala Fatima if you are visiting the Ouzoud waterfalls! (And the waterfalls are spectacular! Definitely worth a visit!)

A perfect stay in Jul 25, we booked 2 rooms for our big Family, both Were spacious and perfectly clean which is really appreciated. Also air conditioning is there/working as it should be We took Also breakfast which is a good option as it’s tasty and mint tea is excellent. Hosts are nice and responsive and speak english- overall I can really recommend it!

Excellent price-quality ratio

Really nice room and salon! Good breakfast. Nice location close to the waterfall (15 minutes drive walks). You can park the car in front of the road which is nice.

Great location, only a twenty minute walk from the waterfalls. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was fantastic.

We did not have an issue but I can imagine onsite parking could be limited.

We were thoroughly impressed by the excellent value for money. Our room was clean, spacious, and equipped with reliable air conditioning. There îs also Wi‑Fi and good breakfast. I’d also like to extend a special thanks to the young gentleman at the front desk- Hassan, who went above and beyond to help when my daughter was bitten by an insect (we think it was a horsefly). He sprang into action immediately—getting us ice packs, and even bringing a medicine. His kindness and prompt assistance turned a stressful moment into a reassuring one, and we’re so grateful. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to anyone looking for great quality at a fair price.

Good location for visiting the waterfalls, even on foot. Quiet and comfortable room. Friendly and hepful staff. Tasty breakfast. Overall - excellent value for money.

Amazing riad 3 minutes from ouzoud waterfall , Mr hassan was very good host he made sure we have everything , amazing breakfast it felt like i was having breakfast home

It was very good value for the price, it is very nice old riad quite close to Ouzoud waterfall. The breakfast was rich and the rooms are big and the staff is very friendly and helpful.

They have a little problem with the sewage in the bathroom (shower). When we arrived it was all good but later there was very bad smell coming out of it so I couldn't almost enter the bathroom (and I am not oversensitive to smells at all). We reported it to the reception.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. The beds are firm, which I like, and the sheets were freshly washed. Hassan helped us with everything and is very helpful. I would recommend this Riad!

Everything was perfect.

The view was amazing and near to Ouzoud waterfall. The breakfast was delicious and complete and the host was friendly. Excellent price for the journey.

The TV wasn't working and the toilet needs ventilation.

Traditional and beautifully furnished. Great views. Very welcoming. Quiet. Lovely breakfast.

Host fellow was great, really friendly and helpful. Breakfast good, too big for me. Had room 7 on the sunny morning side. Wifi a bit iffy. Would definitely stay again.
