The location, I booked to be close to the port as the ferry departed at 06:00. The traffic goes non stop claxonning all night, the amount of patience moroccans have in traffic is 0. It was high season so also the Dutch spoiled Moroccans want to show of there rented cars.

It's a 2-star hotel so you get what you pay for. The shower without a proper door, and water running out of it (even into the main room) was very annoying.

The location is great. Easy walk from-to train station and market. Mall/supermarkets/restaurants/hair salons/ spas nearby. Staff helpful, printed documents for us upon request. Overall a good option for the price.

Cramped bathroom with maintenance issues. Water not very hot and shower fittings are poor or don't even work. Room is an okay size but nothing is really nicely decorated or very comfortable. Doesn't really feel they care much.

The main gate and the room door were difficult to open and close!! Other things could be improved, like the bathroom (leaking). No breakfast for this price? So loud at night!

Location was excellent. The view is sublime. The staff were smiley and very helpful... Any time, in French, English and Arabic. Ibn Battuta mall, municipal beach, and old city are very close. They accept credit cards.

On payment of my stay , they refused to accept Euros as per BOOKING.COM price/night and insisted to receive by local money ,Moroccan Dirham , on exchange rate 10.80 while the real exchange rate in the market was 10.35 On other hand the mattress was old and uncomfortable while water escapes outside the shower cabine after using it. No holder for soap and shampoo inside the shower cabine

Miss FADWA , in the receiption was very kind and allowed me to check in 3 hours earlier as I arrived from Marrakech by train, very tired and sleepy. Mohammed and Saad in the coffe shop were friendly as well , they provide me thermo of hot water to prepare tea or bescafé during my stay. WiFi is very strong everywhere in the hotel

Bed was very hard, but that's common in Morocco. It sounded like they were drag racing on the street outside the window all night. The traffic never stops in that area, so bring earplugs, as you will hear everything.

Bathroom needs a bath mat - it was slippery and dangerous. Shower fitting was loose and the shower slipped out twice. Not the hotel's fault but the area is very noisy at night.

The room had a toilet split in many parts: one small room for WC, another for the shower and the sink was inside the room itself, so that wasn't very confortable.

The location was great. It was just next to the waterfront, a very nice and safe area in town, with plenty of restaurants around. The people at the front desk were very helpful and nice to us. The room had a fantastic view of the sea.

The furniture had seen better days. There was no hairdryer and there were no English or Spanish language TV channels.

Great location on the seafront, close to all the facilities of the new town and within walking distance of the old town. The room was a good size, and the heating was efficient. The property has a lift. We paid for a queen room with a sea view, and I would say it was worth it.

Most of hotels in Morocco offer neither heaters to prepare tea nor disposable slippers. Everything else was good.

The location is lovely. The staff were kind and nice. It is by the sea and you can walk to the port and the old Medina.
