Location. View (big room on the top floor with amazing view and private terrace). Clean. Good price. Kind staff.

Cozy room with a view of the marketplace and the beautiful display of lights and change of scenery with the morning markets opening to the busy noon and waking nightlife of tanger in the evening. The owner treats you like a friend and is most generous, feel free to ask him for information or help as he will be pleased to assist you! The other employees always close or ready to help you! Beautiful rooftop to watch sunrises! Definitely recommend this place if you visit Tanger.

Super friendly brothers that run the place, smooth check-in and easy to find. The room was bigger than I was thinking it would be. had a queen bed and a single bed. Was quite warm but we got by with the fan as it doesn't have AC. Overall a pleasant stay and no complaints on the price. Would recommend for a couple nights in the heart of the Tangier Medina.

The rooftop hangout spot is the lone redeeming feature of this place. Hot water also works, but you won't need it because those rooms are ovens! The location is great, but maybe too great because it's the loudest place I stayed by far in Morocco.

This place is such a dump that I can't believe it's actually listed on booking.com. I would basically call this a "roach motel." It's dirty, broken class on the floor, but the biggest problem is that there is no circulation or fans, so you need to keep the windows open, but the traffic noise is unbearable until around 4am. They lost my reservation, and it's probably the most expensive place I stayed in Morocco, while easily being the worst! WIFI doesn't work.

Rooms keeping could be improved and done more frequently

The location is great, in the heart of Medina and central to everything. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating even when there was a slight misunderstanding with our booking. The location and the view are worth a lot more than what you pay for it, trust me it is a good bargain.

The room could be cleaned more during our stay, we had to take our own garbage out.

We were taken to the "location" by taxi and what we now realise was a friend of the taxi driver took us from one side of the medina to the other, obviously he then wanted money! After unpacking we realised we were very close to where the taxi should have dropped us at a quite convenient location. Tangier is an interesting city.

No hot water, after 2 nights (out of 3) we were offered another room but could not justify moving. For a couple in our 60's stairs to the 3rd floor is difficult.

Quite a lot of mosquitoes in the room, no air conditioner, but Tanger is not very hot so it’s okay

The location of the property is perfect right in the medina. It's a very good property with spacious rooms. The receptionists were very welcoming, helpful and kind. The view from the right side of the building is amazing. The view from the terrace is lovely too!

The bathroom's commode wasn't very clean which could be improved. Please add a table fan into the room as it gets quite stuffy in the night.

The welcomingness of Abbas! Amazing person puts it heart and soul into the hotel. It was a very amazing experience to watch the sunrise at the rooftop! The room is so pretty and comforting. Amazing place to stay in Tânger

Friendly staff, amazing Arabian style room

The location is great. Right on top of Grand Socco, Old Medina. Everything you need is within walking distance. Close to the Tanger Port, Kasbah & Marina. Cannot fault the location
