Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. I’d like to start by saying that the check-in process was very smooth, and I particularly appreciate Achraf for taking the time to explain all the facilities to us. The check-out process was equally seamless, thanks to him. A big thank you to the housekeeping team, Lamiae and Farida, whose professionalism and helpfulness made our stay even more enjoyable."

Their hospitality truly made a difference. However, the facilities did not meet our expectations. Unfortunately, there was an unpleasant odor in our room, which impacted our overall experience. We believe this is something that needs to be improved, especially considering the price we paid.

NetherlandsUnfortunately, not all front desk staff were as helpful or welcoming. We believe that front desk employees should always make a strong, positive first impression. Some didn’t reflect the level of service you’d expect from a hotel like this. There was also constant noise on the balcony, which made it difficult to relax outside. Also, we stayed during the Eid holiday, and almost everything was completely closed for four days — something we were not informed about in advance ( my responsibility :)). I needed to exchange money and spent two full days trying, with no success. Although one of the hotel drivers kindly took me around, I found it unprofessional that staff who saw me struggling didn’t offer help, especially since I later found out that small exchanges can be done at the hotel itself. I particularly hold the manager responsible, who saw me searching and said nothing. That lack of initiative was disappointing.
We had a lovely time at Hotel Farah. A special thanks to Rajaa, who cleaned our room with so much care and kindness – she was amazing! Also big thanks to Kareem and Mohammed, the drivers who took us to the city with a smile. The hotel is a bit far from the center (about 10–15 minutes by car), but their help made it super easy. At the front desk, we especially appreciated Amine, who always helped us with a smile — and a few others who were also great.

Property is very well located with sea facing view. We stayed in a Duplex Apartment which was very nice. The rooms, apartments are very well spread out with beautiful landscaping, great exteriors and beautiful settings.
