Not all the staff spoke English, it was hard asking things in the breakfast as they didn't seem to care either. There was a towel with a blood stain and a stained sheet. Pool was nice but they don't control the children nor adults running and jumping on it, nor the water guns. So we were constantly splashed and bothered even when not as close to the pool.

The receptionists were all super nice and helpful. The food was good. The room is tidy and functional. Normal 4 stars service. They let you stay in the hotel premises and hold your bags after the checkout, we had a late flight back, this was helpful.

The hotel was a little far from most amenities. Most of the staff were friendly and helpful. Some staff came across little arrogant and not so helpful.

The lavatory set up inside the room was odd. The hotel parking was very small, we had to park in an unpaved area near the hotel.

I am really sad about this. I gave the receptionist an email address and he said he would send me the invoice immediately. I have been waiting for over 14 days and still have not received it. The communication with the hotel is appalling. My mistake. I should have asked for the invoice immediately upon check out. I have learned my lesson for next time.

Front desk staff could be more helpful. Requested for travel adapter. Was refused. Ok. But how about Ironing facility which is listed? When I asked for it, was given some vague answers but never got one

Lovely decor and theme. Room was just right size. Not too tiny even if not too big. Furniture was well designed. The doorman was very helpful with the luggage

The hotel is not in the center, but you can book a taxi via the app Indrive or hail a blue cab on the streets. The pool is currently being renovated and will be open again mid May 2025.

The hotel looks modern and clean. Breakfast buffet is really affordable and good. Bed had a good mattress and was very comfy.

Air con didn’t seem to switch on (maybe time of year?) so had to sleep with the window open and was very noisy. Breakfast staff were rude and unhelpful. Seem short of food also.

The service is not that great and some ppl at the reception nt very helpful no towels were provided and after calling the reception also after 1 1n half hrs the towels were given no toothbrush or toothpaste or iron ws provided as mentioned at the time of booking

Quiet hotel 3 km from the city centre. The beach is close by. The rooms are quite modern and clean. Unfortunately the swimming pool was not working. The staff ware helpful and polite. Breakfast was not anything special as at 10 am most of the platters were empty.

Location a bit far out, but taxis are cheap, agree price to where you are going. Noise level from stray dog pack. View from room not great, over looking balconies of other hotel.

Staff were excellent, couldn't do enough for you. Food was amazing, portion sizes could have fed a family, taste and content spot on. Rooms a great size and well equipped, kettle, safe, tv and fridge. Security and door staff very helpful with luggage, wheelchair and ringing local taxis.

The main reason why we chose the hotel was the pool but there was no water in the pool :-( This should have been mentioned somewhere upfront, it was disappointing to find out on arrival.

The hotel was to get to from the airport and from the city centre. The staff was kind and we liked the modern decor. Also it was nice that the bar was open till late.

Breakfast was disappointing in that it was mostly meat and bread, no fruit or yogurt. 2 sweaters were accidently left hanging in the closet. Despite returning to the hotel within 4 hours, they were gone. We checked with lost and found several times over the next day, but they were never recovered.

The location is good, but it is quite a long walk into the main part of the city. The hotel was clean and comfortable and overall we were very pleased with our stay
