Perfect location, a beautiful room, and Hakim was an incredibly welcoming host! He was kind, helpful, and always available for anything we needed. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back!

Dar Souran is a lovely place in the middle of the Medina. We had a very nice room, good bathroom and a delicious breakfast at the rooftop terrace. But what really stands out is the manager Hakim. He is an angel that helps you with anything you want. Great guy with a heart of gold. Thanks Hakim, you made Dar Souran our second home!

It was all lovely.

I really liked the huge bedroom with excellent ac and a most comfortable bed. The breakfast on the roof was a nice treat every morning. I stayed for a week. Hakim, the manager is extremely helpful with everything from airport transfer to things to do and see in Tangier.

The property was beautiful. Located in old medina, but the best was the staff, specially the manager. He helped us with recommendations for places to visit , restaurants and dishes to taste, ordered the taxi for us when we left, and accompanied us to get out of the Medina to the point where the taxi picked us up

Nothing, it was perfect!

The riad Dar Souran is magnificent in every detail. The restoration of the old building was done with attention to every detail including installation of a lift. The interior decoration is sublime with beauty everywhere - fabrics, furniture, artworks, light fittings, rugs and cushions. Our bedroom was spacious and supremely comfortable. All the staff are so pleasant, attentive and helpful and really do everything possible for the well-being of guests. Breakfast on the roof terrace is a great start to each day. We loved our stay at Dar Souran!

If you're a light sleeper the noise might disturb you as you're right in the centre of the Medina!

Great location, perfect to visit the Medina and quick access to many restaurants and cafes. The staff was super attentive and helped us with anything we needed. The Riad and the room was beautiful, traditional, yet practical and comfortable for a short or long stay. The breakfast was good!

Breakfast was fine. It is served on the beautiful terrace from which you have a wonderful view of Tangier. The room was large and very confortable. The position is beatiful, just a short walk from a large parking where you can leave your car (you pay a fee but it is reasonable). We wre stomac-sick and they suggested us a very cosy and friendly restaurant.

This is a lovely riad in a perfect location. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The taxis can get quite close to the riad, which is helpful. We loved Tangier.

WiFi was a little spotty, but this is likely true of any place in the medina.

Hakim, the host, was extremely helpful. He went above and beyond what I ever would have expected, including organizing transportation to a nearby town and helping me get a bus ticket for onward travel. He gave me very useful information about other places in Morocco and was as kind and friendly as could be. The riad itself is lovely with a nice rooftop terrace and just steps away from the Petit Socco. I would definitely return.
