Location was great

Bathroom was a bit small.

Unprofessional and disrespectful behaviors from the manager, doesn't know how to talk to a client.

The breakfast was amazing, the manager was really friendly and available to assist in everything! They allowed us to leave our bags after the check-out time due to our late flight!

Some noise made by the other guests, not the property fault, and the stairs!

We liked the breakfast and the location.

The bathroom was damp and smelled of paint and far too small. No windows on the room, which made the experience a bit claustrophobic and there was no ventilation whatsoever.

Great property with friendly hosts and good breakfast. The A/C in the room is powerful. Wifi works ok on the top floor. The room is not large but the bed was really comfortable and the shower is nice. It is difficult to find and if you come from the medina side, GPS does not work well. Better to come from Ave Mohammed VI along the water and walk "up" where Hotel Continental is. Down that main road is also where I got easy taxi to get to the airport for a fair price.

The cockroach in my bathroom. The disgusting smell in the bathroom. The small room so no where to put suitcase. All the narrow stairs going up to room with suitcases. And the open air concept meant you heard everyone talking, watching TV, showering, and the late night and early morning prayer. This interrupted my sleep and kept me awake.

Location was cool, at the heart of the Medina and at a walking distance from the port.

We landed in a weird management experiment where we, customers, did not seem to matter. We were asked no question about our needs, or experience. The only contact we had with the management was during breakfast.

The manager and staff were very friendly and helpful, helped us to book an airport transfer when leaving, advised on nearest facilities we were looking for etc. The rooms were clean and tidy, the rooftop area is lovely too.

It's an old building, just to bear that in mind. But we had no problems.

Breakfast was wonderful

The location in the medina was super convenient- close to where a taxi can drop you, and nearby to many restaurants, shops, and attractions. It was slightly tucked away so it stayed pretty quiet. Our host, Younes, was very warm and welcoming, and breakfast was good (just be prepared for a lot of bread.) It's very hard to beat the value! The AC was also very welcome, given the heat, and the room was refreshed each day.

Some fruit at breakfast would be a nice addition, and adding a rack or a shelf in the bathroom would make it much more convenient. Larger bars of soap would also be good - we were provided very small bars that crumbled almost immediately.
