    Good location good service

The property was not able to give me an invoice or a receipt - my company requires this and one month later I am still trying to get a response from the property. They said the would send it the next day and it has not yet arrived

    Property response:

Please check your email I send it two times , if you didn’t find it check in spam emails 😊🙏

The location is perfect, close to old town and markets

TOO NOISY specially at night. You hear everything from the street because the hotel located in the old town. And in the early morning you will hear Azan from Mosque too loud you almost freak out

Kind staff, interest architecture, and beautiful town. It is very closed to the ferry terminal to Spain side.

No window I found many mites on the bed and wall.

Good location, comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

Not all taxis will drive up to the property so you may have to walk down the hill. It’s only about a 5min walk but worth mentioning if you have a lot of luggage and/or mobility issues.

Front desk very friendly but can’t speak English. And it is very expensive if you ask taxi come here to pick up you ,we spend 100 when we exit ,but when we arrival we ask driver stop before the Muraille de Tanger and just charged 10 .

Good location, close to all points of interest and easy to locate. We loved the breakfast! The staff was very nice and concerned, specially the cleaning and kitchen people. Thank you so much!

The room size was a bit small for 4 people and the shower water kept running out, wetting the entire bathroom. During the nights it was a little noisy.

Great walkable location from the port and not far from the exit of the Medina, making it easy to get in and out of an otherwise maze like area! Staff was great and the breakfast exceeded expectations! We would definitely stay here again.

Like some of the reviews said, it could get a little loud at night, but only woke me up one time over a two night stay. Shower has no lip so it does flood the bathroom a bit, but not a big problem.

Friendly stuf and nice place, typical marocan riad style

Small rooms with not much space and no window, hence a bit humid after shower

The room was nice and clean. And the breakfast was delicious. Very friendly staff as well! Would definitely recommend.

As with most riads it could get very noisy at times. So remember to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noises 😊

Excellent location in the Medina and close to the port. The hotel is very clean and has lovely Moroccan character. The staff were very pleasant.

The hotel can be noisy as it's in the Medina. Not the fault of the hotel as it is in a great location. I would just take some ear plugs next time. There was no choice or variety with the breakfast from day to day, however it was adequate.

Breakfast was very complete and tasty. Our host Mouad was kind and attentive with all our needs. The room was tidy and clean.

Taxis don't reach the hotel and you have to carry your luggage up the Medina. It would be nice to know the best way to reach the hotel beforehand.

Quaint, lovely and extremely clean, and a very helpful and kind proprietors and staff. This is an authentic Moroccan experience. We were greeted warmly and with a delicious home made mint tea. You should brush up on some basic Moroccan words & phrases. Wifi is surprisingly reliable. Rooms were authentic, clean and beautifully rustic. Gorgeous Moroccan tile work. People watching here is great! Cool markets and restaurants are nearby. DO NOT wear any footwear besides good walking shoes! But boy, the view is amazing!

It was a bit difficult to find. Be prepared to walk and carry your luggage from where a taxi would drop you off, up steep a cobblestone hill. The exercise was good, but you may want to arrive before dark. The steps to your room will be steep if you're on the 2-3 floor. Noise from the street at night might be disturbing if you are a light sleeper. Be sure you have enough Dirham with you, as ATMs can be challenging to find (Euros are accepted in some places).
