The pillows are too firm and high. They feel like double the height of normal pillows. Getting to the parking was a bit confusing, and reaching the hotel from there was not straightforward. Some signage would help.

The location is convenient and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The dining areas are charming. The room was just as advertised and had a working AC unit.

We booked 4 rooms, they are quite small but somehow we knew it, was OK. In 2 rooms everything worked well, hot water and good shower. But in the other rooms were problems with water and technical issues, like a broken water tap and a dirty sink, someone's hair in the shower. The room number 13 must be repaired

Generally a very beautiful hotel with a very sharming garden, all green and in flowers. Great location. Personal was nice but not solved our problems with the rooms

The rooms are super simple. But we expected that and it is fully ok for this price range! Something went wrong with the breakfast as they did not serve us everything because somebody forgot the groceries. But after we asked for some more food, they went above and beyond to fix it as good as they could.

Great location! Walkable to the waterfall! Parking was free behind the hotel. The staff was really lovely! The chef even spoke Dutch. He cooked for us a really good meal. Because it was the coldest December they ever had, they turned in the fireplace for us to sit around. As it was not a busy time (off season) we asked the staff to sit with us. We had a great entertaining evening!

The property was very interesting with lovely outdoor spaces to enjoy, when it’s not cold out. Nothing we didn’t like.

The staff was exceptional. We were there during a very cold spell and they graciously moved us to a room with heat. They lot a fire we could all enjoy being close around d where we shared stories, laughs and dreams for the future of the falls. The owner is in the process of enlarging the rooms. Dinner was the best tajine we had, solid breakfast too.

It's a shame the rooftop was underutilised (no furniture). Breakfast came a bit later than we were told, but I think things run at a pretty chill pace in the moutains.

Parking was close enough. The staff helped us with our bag and correcting our date of stay which we got wrong. Location was awesome, right on the main walk down to the Falls. Very friendly staff and beautiful garden. Dinner (optional) was nice, we had the mutton tagine. Breakfast was alright.

Bathroom is the room with no privacy. If you are single that's great. Maybe single rooms are made like this

The room is super small and basic and due to the central location it was very load until late at night.

Lovely little room with ensuite. Obviously not new and well used but nice enough. Lovely views and an AC (which was very effective). A brilliant location on the path down to the waterfall. Restaurants and shops all the way. Manager Hakkin and the staff were lovely and friendly and we had a basic but filling breakfast of breads, condiments and Moroccan tea before leaving for Marrakesh. Terrific value and the location is 10/10 You can park for about £2.50 30MAD not far from the hotel.

There were no curtains in the room, which is a bit odd to be honest, and not very good for when you want a bit of privacy. Nevermind, our room lock did not work either. Also, it would be useful to install mosquito nets on the windows, since I was bitten about a dozen times when we slept (and you never know what donkey or rabbid dog was bitten by these mosquitos before).

The location of the hotel is perfect. This is where you want to stay if you want to wake up and see the waterfalls early in the morning, when there is not a crowd of tourists yet. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Free parking behind the hotel (dont listen to dozens of local hustlers pointing you to their "more secure" parking spots). Priced well.

The location of the hotel is close to the waterfall . The hotel staff is nice for the room for the price, it's fine, but there is a better one compared to the price, a problem that should be pointed out is a gang of chickens living behind the hotel that makes it difficult to sleep at night

The rooms are fairly basic and sheets not all big enough for the beds, but on request Hakim happily provided extra sheets and towels. Parking is only available a few minutes walk away, but not a major problem.

Great location right in the centre of the main ‘tourist’ area with easy walking to the waterfalls and many places to eat. Hakim was very friendly and really tried his best to help us with everything and anything! Lovely garden.

It was tricky to find in a car.

Lovely hotel which was both traditional and comfortable. The garden was lovely and we enjoyed having breakfast there, and hearing the sounds of the souk waking up beyond the gates.

Negatives, the room itself needs some work but was fine for the price.

The common areas/ location/ staff/ breakfast were amazing. Such incredibly warm, welcoming sweet staff . The location was perfect right in the middle of the town at entrance to waterfalls. Very cool spot. Said was especially lovely as was his co-worker on the font desk (forgot his name sorry)

Built for summer heat not winter cold so wrap up warm at night. Plug sockets in communal area only.

There could be some veggies with the breakfast, but for this price we can't complain :)

Very convenient location, 2 minutes away from the falls. We had a comfy room with a nice bathroom. Water in the shower was always hot, which was a welcome change. But the best part is the host! Hassan took care of us like a true friend!
