After my booking and prior to my stay I had an email requesting my credit card details stating I would have my booking cancelled if I didn’t reply. Upon checking with booking.com this turned out to be fraud. I didn’t reply and booking.com ensured my booking was valid. Other than that everything was perfect, just please be aware.

The location and pool are fantastic for visiting the waterfalls.

The only thing we didnt like the mean door was closed and the security guy wasnt guy he left his post so we wen ever we go out we had to call the reception the send them to open

The view was awesome , the waterfall looks amazing u can hear it from the hotel the bed was very comfortable and soo clean the staff were nice to us specially one guy i dont know his name he was checking on us he is a bit older guy big smile on his face

The welcome and check in was very strange with no real information given about the facilities. No pool towels which would have been nice if we had these rather than bringing up the towels in the room. The hotel has the ability to hold a lot of people however without lots of visitors the facilities are underused and they don’t seem open. The hotel is dark and dated, some parts are in need of upkeep and repair. I think the price is slightly higher than it should be.

Great location for see the waterfall. This is the place to stay if you want a stop at the waterfalls. Two pools were beautiful and very quiet with lovely seating on terrace. Beautiful presented garden. Rooms were spacious and balcony looking over the falls was a real treat. Lovely clean crisp sheets on bed. Bathroom good size. Breakfast was adequate with a variety of options and an egg station. I would recommend this hotel for a one night stop.

there was a weird feeling, this quite large hotel seemed to be empty (in off season)

rooftop pool is nice, too bad that it was quite cold when visited (in late October)

Some maintenance in the rooms is needed. We had dark (no light) entrances to the breakfast. It was low season but the breakfast room should at least look as it is open instead of closed.

The food was ok. The room is a bit old fashioned.

This hotel is a bit tricky to find using sat nav. It is the biggest hotel we stayed in during our week in Morocco and has a bit of a sense of faded glamour. It felt a bit old and tired and a bit too big. It's in a great location right by the falls and the staff were lovely. The food was ok and there aren't a huge number of food options in the area. The views from the roof and the rooms are stunning.

They need to fix a lot of things. Air condition preety weak in all the rooms.

The areas outside are perfect, two pools and very nice garden. Here you can relax and take advantage of cooler weather during the hot season. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Had contacted the property and they took a day to respond. We couldn’t find the entrance to the hotel as no information was supplied - and the sat nav took us wrong way. There are no signs at all on the roads to direct you to the entrance.

The suite was incredible - opulent, tasteful with incredible views of the falls. bathroom fabulous with great range of toiletries. Own terrace for a private view. The gardens are beautiful and both pool areas fantastic. The rooftop infinity pool really is special.
