Noisy in the evening, shared showers/toilets (although reasonably clean and never had to queue).

Good location, I walked up hill from the bus station and accommodation was just before Medina so not too bad a walk. Central for the sights.

It could definitely use some cleaning. The sink in my room was pretty dirty. The shower and toilet rooms are okay, but also need more cleaning. The shower head holder on the wall doesn’t work. It can be a noisy location with the window open, so earplugs are very helpful for sleeping. I definitely preferred it to people snoring in a hostel bunk room, though!

The location is excellent- just outside the Medina. The owner and his son are very nice. I loved having a private room for the same price or less than most of the hostels. The bedsheets were clean. I loved having a sink in my room. And there was a great window blind, in addition to a curtain; it really helped block light at night. The hotel was very quiet in early October- just one other person staying here each night. The cafe is just downstairs and offers breakfast at a reasonable price. The coffee there is excellent. There’s also a lovely rooftop terrace. Overall, very happy with the value. I would definitely stay again.

The hotel was basic with many things broken , but for the money , no complaints . Lighting was poor especially in the dark to negotiate stairs .

The hotel was in a good location next to the gate into the old town . Bedroom and linen were clean and hot water for a shower . Downstairs a cafe and many local restaurants closed by . Wi fi was good .. it felt secure and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The shower head needs replacement. Also the hot water came in waves ;-) They need to do regular cleaning as that does not seem to happen.

    I liked the location.

There was no toilet paper in the bathroom. The room was cold (but fortunately they gave us a lot of blankets so it wasn't too bad).

Great hotel, amazing location, the room was very nice and well equipped. They provided us with free towels

In Morocco there are cats everywhere, so of course it smells like cat pee everywhere, but I had that smell in the room also. I didn't really feel comfortable, so I booked a different accommodation for the rest of my stay in Chefchaouen.

Just at the entrance to the medina, friendly staff. I had problems to find it first because google maps is not always reliable, but contacting the host on whatsapp I got an immediate response and found it easily with their help.

Nothing in particular. Some details but nothing worthy of mentioning for the price you pay.

The hotel is more than okay. It provides you with everything you need and is cheap. But you get what you pay for. Don't expect a 5-star luxury room.

It is near quite a busy square with a bakery so can be a tad loud in the evenings although it mostly stops by about midnight - it didn't bother us too much but good to be aware of it.

Great location right at the top of the beginning of the medina - very simple rooms but at such a great price we had no complaints! It is a very laid back hostel

We had a room in the first floor facing the little square and we heard everything from outside, it was quite loud even after midnight (we stayed during the weekend, maybe it's better during the week). Washbasins need to be cleaned.

Good location close to everything important, helpful receptionist. We also appreciated the rooftop terrace.

no door between bathroom and room. but I think it’s part of Morocco culture. also really noisy outside but it’s normal as it’s in the center and it was Eid

The young man who took care of us was amazing. he gave us good advice and let us check out earlier than normal.
