The view from the appartement.

There is no address to this appartement and it took me a long time to find this place. The only possibility to park a bicycle is in the garage next door for a fee of 3 Euros.

Bed was not comfortable, I found cockroach, less from basic needs , even I waited more than 30 minutes outside so someone open door and I go in , landlord was poor in reply. Our all bad experience

Do not stay here!! It shouldn’t be legal. It’s a terrible place.

the location is great, close to the port, bus stop, everything in the center, & restaurants! it’s a private room that was enough space for 2 people. they had a fridge which was nice! the woman giving us instructions on check in was nice & helpful, and even gave us a nice recommendation for breakfast! this is a nice stay for a couple nights ESPECIALLY for the value. it’s a fraction of what other stays in tangier cost, and they just have a few issues.

the shower goes cold after about 2 minutes, you need wifi at the door to call and get inside (this is hard for travelers relying on the wifi inside), the floors are dirty, yes they do have cockroaches, there was construction above our bed in the morning (maybe this isn’t the properties fault), it’s loud next to the street, it’s shared, so you have to wait for the toilet sometimes.

Could’ve been cleaner

COCKROACHES. Getting to the place was a real nightmare. I just had the name of the street (just 1,8 km long!), not the number of the building as the owner never sent me the instructions to access the place, didn't answer my emails and didn't answer when I tried to call them. I found the building by pure chance, speaking to some shop-owner! Then, getting into the place was still VERY difficult (no reception). I had to write twice that I couldn't give them a whatsapp phone call as I don't have Whatsapp (that's still legal)! They wanted me to do some pictures but never explained why! I really thought I would need to ask booking for assistance or would have to sleep outside (or in the hallway)! I was exhausted and crying of shere frustration! Bathroom is definitly not clean, I've seen a few cockroaches and there is mold spots too. Kettle doesn't work. Couldn't connect to 5G as the password given wasn't working. DEFINITLY NOT A PLACE I WOULD RECOMMEND!

The staff is soooo rude. The housekeeping women is so rude. My wife and I stayed 4 nights and they didn't want to clean our room after 3 nights of stay. It was not mentioned that the bathroom is shared. The weather was so hot, and there was no fan. There was a person from other rooms who left the bathroom dirty, they wrongly accused us without any evidence!!!!! How shame on you!!!

The concept in all

The property was difficult to find. The description provided was inadequate. Need at least a street number or photo, not just a street name!!! Front door to apartment jammed almost every time I tried to open it. The electric kettle didn't work. There was no sink in the kitchen. Cups had to be washed in bathroom, which is not easy when there is only one bathroom for more than 6 people. No fan or air con in room.

I had forgotten to save details of the address & had no wifi but my cab driver got the phone number & instructions but still hard to find so he called again this time we found it because the women in charge came out I tried to explain that I had no wifi she ignored me & started to speaking to another women so I told her again to which she replied it was not her fault & was fed up of people telling her that they had no wifi on entering the apartment I was surprised to be shown a shabby room with wallpaper peeling off the walls around the window area when being shown around the apartment I realised that this was more like a hostel as there was a room with two sets of bunk beds I never saw inside the other rooms but there was only one toilet & bathroom for a potential 7 people I decided to to look for somewhere else to stay as the women had been aggressive and rude to me & she told me I was rude to her but I was not I did not stay one night here when I came back to collect my stuff the light was on in the room I don’t remember leaving it on?this place is suitable for young people who stay in hostels or people who don’t mind this set up also the kitchen had budgies in dirty cages in it not sure if kitchen use was part of the deal?wish I could get a refund because it was not good at all for me.I was happy to get out of there.
