Nice property in a good location. Friendly, helpful staff. Good food.

It was a mismatch, socially, for me. I'm a single traveller, and like to kick back and relax with the same. But it was school vacation, and the hotel was full of families. Nice, but the pool was dominated by kids happily enjoying their vacation. Great for them, but not what I need to relax. I wasn't the only guest who felt this way.

Staff were nice and very friendly . The location is good and close to all spots we wanted to visit.

building and rooms are old and dated . Cleaning not to the top . Doesn’t worth the cost we paid . Breakfast was disappointing . Hotel needs investment and upgrade .

The housekeeping staff was exceptional. Mohammed, the supervisor ensured that we had everything we needed on a daily basis.

The pool closing at 1900, while there's still daylight, and very hot. I was asked to leave the pool at 1900. Pool should be open until at least 2100-2130.

The property was clean, close to everything, lovely staff, good breakfast. Mohamed the floor responsible as well as the housekeepers, the pool boy, the waiters were so kind and lovely. The swimming pool was nice. The breakfast was great.

I had a wonderful stay at hotel al khayma. Special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Soumat for his exceptional hospitality and professionalism. The housekeeping staff, especially the housemaid, ensured that my room was always spotless and comfortable. Their attention to detail and friendly service made my stay truly memorable. Highly recommended.

I was disappointed with the breakfast experience at the hotel al khayma. The waiters at breakfast were rude and unhelpful, which made the mornings quite unpleasant. However, the chef and the waiters at the snack bar were fantastic and provided excellent service. We had to complain to the manager about the breakfast waiters' behavior, and we appreciate the manager's kind gesture in addressing our concerns.

Location only

The furniture is old, the room is worn out, the towels are old, and the breakfast is very simple and does not deserve even one star to the point that I left it and had breakfast outside the hotel. They offered a price for the room much lower than booking on the site in exchange for canceling the reservation, and I refused. This is evidence of the deteriorating level of the hotel and its services and facilities.

The rooms were a little outdated but they were very clean. The housekeeping staff were outstanding. Thank you Mrs. Rabiaa and Mr. Mohammed. The A/C worked flawlessly and the internet was fine. My daughter loved the swimming pool. Mohammed the lifeguard was awesome.
